Another doctor... Cadence had grown used to them coming and going, usually swapping out because they just couldn't tell what was wrong with her. She doesn't really have a feeling that this one would either, despite how nice they all came across as. She'd been given medicine after medicine, test after test, and after a little while of something seeming to happen, she'd go right back to where she started, leaving most befuddled.
That doesn't mean she'd be upset with this one coming into her house. It was routine, it was normal. As long as they weren't mean to her, they could still be a friend for however long they came around.
She greets the new presence with a wave and a smile. She'd want to give more of a welcoming response, but she didn't have much in her for it, this being something of a low-energy day. Instead, she'd just been reading from her bed, a common pastime that kept her occupied when she couldn't do anything else. Despite the lack of energy however, she tries to appear chipper as she closes the book she'd been tearing into.
"Um, hi Doctor Raymond, and it's nice to meet you," she replies, giving the same respect and formality that she'd give any of the other doctors. Even if they were normal in her life, she's not sure if she's ready to refer to Hope so casually. Maybe it was just her upbringing that had taught her this, but it's merely second nature to her. "It's uh... Kinda bad, that's what the other doctors would tell my momma sometimes-"
But she looks away after divulging that, though from embarrassment more than anything. "Don't tell momma n' poppa I said that, m' not 'sposed to listen when they have grown-up conversations-"
