Star Trek: The Next Generation Time's Arrow, part II

GUINAN: Where'd everybody go? PICARD: I hope they're all safely back on the Enterprise by now. GUINAN: But you're still here. PICARD: You were hurt. I had to make sure you were all right. GUINAN: And so you stayed for that? PICARD: I didn't want anything to happen to you. You're far too important to me. GUINAN: You know an awful lot about me. PICARD: Believe me, in the future the tables will be turned.

"Captain, you are an excellent starship commander, but as a taxi driver you leave much to be desired." "It was that bad?"

People are always like "why do they let Data play poker with them, his brain is a computer, he has an unfair advantage," and the answer is simply because it's for fun!! He's their friend! Like can you imagine if they told Data he can't play, he'd be like "I understand, that's a logical decision, and as an android I am unable to feel left out," but then any time the poker game came up he'd be looking at Riker across the bridge like

Really fun thing about Worf that COULD just be due to inconsistent writing but I choose to believe that in universe he's like I Do Not Understand Human Customs. Even though he was raised on earth since he was a small child. He's so autistic and so undiagnosed to me

The implication is always meant to be like "he acts like that because he's a Klingon" but he has BEEN around humans. And then you see other Klingons and they don't act like that either. It's Just Worf. It's JUST Worf. And I don't think he knows either he's just like Right yes the constant feeling of alienation. Because I'm a Klingon. & yea that's for sure a big part of what his whole deal is but Hey buddy...

Watched Trials and Tribbleations today and… can I just say the comedic genius of having Sisko search through the grain storage for the explosive Tribble and just throw the safe ones down the open hatch which is then perfectly cut to show that same tribble falling down on Kirk?! Unparalleled! Haven’t laughed this hard watching Star Trek since I watched the og episode.

And after they dispose of the explosive tribble and the danger is past, Jadzia casually tosses away the tribble she's holding which lands on Kirk.

Never has a time travel episode been done this well.
