make me choose ⋆ @andromedes asked: andromeda black or narcissa black?
Andromeda resembled her sisters more than she sometimes wished or intended. She had Narcissa’s quiet nature, but also Bella’s fierce determination. Andromeda had the same core qualities they all shared. She didn’t like noticing these similarities between them. She loved her siblings, she just didn’t want to be anything like them. At moments when the burden of her family name became too great, she had to remind herself of everything she was despite them. She had to remind herself that being proud of her house was not a sin. She had to remind herself that her blood did not define her. Andromeda loved her family, she just wished that love would not break her soul as much as it often did.
“Messing up your hair because you think it looks cool to look like you’ve just got off your broomstick, showing off with that stupid Snitch, walking down corridors and hexing anyone who annoys you just because you can – I’m surprised your broomstick can get off the ground with that fat head on it. You make me SICK.” Lily Evans, HP5
