Sky tips?

((Hi guys! Sorry for the mini absence stuff been all over this past weeks, but i’ll try to get back into the ask rhythm soon! 

Anywho the reason for this post is to ask for any good tips on playing Sky? The game finally came out for the switch and gotta say its definitely reminds me of Journey in some game mechanics and such. However I’ve only played at most maybe an hour of it? And I admit I am a bit overwhelmed by it due to the fact that there are so many players around and it seems that the story progresses with or without you as long as others do stuff? Like without spoilers I’m where I first get the wave interaction (practically in the beginning lol) and not long before I finished the very first little island bit did some other players activated the way to get to the end-goal of the area and I’m just here like “I just got here what the heck is going on?” LOL

Im a newbie of course and I do plan on playing more of the game, but I wanted to know if older players can give me and any other new players any protips on the game through this post? I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it as I play more, but I admit there’s so much to take in that well yeah I’m someone who gets easily lost and overwhelm when there’s so much going on at once lolol.))
