ROSCOE RUSH Roscoe has been busy woohooing every female sim he can find (not literally, he does have *some* friends he doesn't look at in that way!), and after his previous heartbreak he is almost completely sure he will never marry. He loves the solitary life, and while he often contemplates the pros and cons of marriage and having a family, he is still more than contempt with his late night parties and poker nights at the nearby tavern. Life is good!
BRITANY PONS Pt.2 Britany Pons was visited by a stray cat called Moonshine. They were instant best buddies! She decided to adopt him, which eased her loneliness a little. Then the most remarkable thing happened, Britany discovered she was pregnant! She took some time off work to process this news and decided she didn't care that her career wouldn't advance as quickly as she had planned. She was SO excited to be a mum, and knew how much love and attention she had to give. Finally, Britany's life was starting to look up. Some time passed and Britany gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who she named Mary. Britany never imaged she would be a single mother one day, but she was excited for this new chapter in her life. And maybe in the future, she might come across the charming stranger she met that night....
BRITANY PONS Pt.1 Britany Pons was lucky enough to receive a magical lamp which she thought could be the answer to her problem of not having any chemistry with other sims. As a Fortune sim she of course went for money first, but then wished for beauty. It seemed to work! Unfortunately while she was rubbing lamps, Grady discovered a delicious slice of cake that someone had jokingly left on the mysterious plant his daughter had brought home one day. He went to retrieve it and was promptly swallowed whole by the cow plant. Britany was absolutely heartbroken, she loved her father with all her heart, and he was the last of her immediate family left. Now she was alone... However, Britany still had one wish left, and she thought about what she could possibly want more than increased wealth... So she wished for her father to be brought back to life! Unfortunately Grady returned as a zombie, and he was awfully depressed and miserable. Once the cow plant regenerated the slice of cake, Grady took it once more. Sacraficing his undead-life so that he could be at peace. Britany accepted Grady's fate, having had a chance to say her proper goodbyes; and so she ventured out to look for someone to replace the hole left in her life. She remembered her professor from university, he always had a bit of a crush on her. They promptly went on a date, with three bolts of chemistry, no less! However, the date went horribly, Britany said all the wrong things and made all the wrong moves. Her date left and she felt quite defeated. She hooked up with a random townie to ease her frustrations and loneliness, and although he was quite charming, she didn't have the energy to go through yet more disappointment.
SHELDON RUSH Pt.2 Shortly after the wedding, Vanessa Rush sadly passed away from old age. Sheldon was heartbroken, but Allegra was itching to get away for a honey/babymoon. She convinced him that Cortez would be fine looking after the dogs while they were away, and that it would be good for him to have some alone time, especially before the baby arrives! And so Sheldon and Allegra left for the mountains where they recently purchased a family holiday cabin. It was super relaxing and just what they needed. After coming home Allegra soon gave birth to the next heir of the Rush legacy, Dell Rush! They are all smitten with the baby girl, especially Cortez who assured Dell's parents that he would be in charge of diapers and feeds.
SHELDON RUSH Pt.1 Sheldon and his fiance Allegra Gorey graduated with flying colours and swiftly moved back to the eggplant farm in Baskerville. Allegra decided to stop taking her birth control, but they were still being careful. Even still Allegra thought she might be pregnant, and so the wedding was pushed forward. Rather than having the ceremony at the Middleground Chapel like his father and grandfather, Sheldon thought it was best not to travel and so they decided to just have an intimate ceremony in the backyard. It was lovely and the whole family turned up! Immediately afterwards, Allegra started to show and her nausea and vomiting miraculously stopped.
Cortez and Vanessa are getting on in age, but they're still hard at work keeping the soil healthy for when Sheldon moves back to take over the farm. Renda decided to find her own place for her and her dog Alfie, whom she raised from birth. She didn't want to feel like everyone was just waiting for her to move out, and with Sheldon bringing home his fiance Allegra with him, it was about to become a full house again!
Angelyn and Corey immediately got married once they moved to Middleground, and before she became too fat to fit her beautiful medieval wedding gown. Corey decided he didn't want a regular 9-5 job and so he buys old beat up car wrecks and brings them back to life. He claims he can make good money doing this, but Angelyn is skeptical he has enough motivation to stick with it. What came as a shock, but shouldn't have considering Angelyn herself is a twin, the Grundstrom's became parents of twin girls! Val and Karena are now toddlers and life in their tiny townhouse is cramped and stressful. However Angelyn loves being a mother, almost as much as she loves playing computer games. And that is the Rush legacy so far! I love this family so much and am excited to share their individual journey's a bit more intimately from now on.
Britany Pons moved to Baskerville with her elderly father. She is very lonely and wishes to find someone to share her life (and inheritance) with, but as it stands she doesn't seem to find a connection with anyone at all. And so, instead, she continues to move up in her career as a natural scientist and tries to forget the emptiness within. Grady Pons is grateful for his daughter's company after the death of his husband. He is content in life and can always be found outside sniffing the flowers and remembering the good times they had together.
Roscoe Rush lives alone in Elsewhere, he spends his free time hooking up with women and watching the clouds. Despite his playboy tendencies he fell deeply in love with a married woman and wants to marry her, he was devastated when she said she wouldn't leave her husband for him. Will he find someone else to settle down with? There is another girl he has his eye on, but he isn't sure if the feeling is purely based on his heartbreak or whether he truly loves her, too.
Britany went to college and knuckled down to get her degree. Sheldon (heir) & Angelyn Rush soon joined her and they decided to pool their resources together and rent a more expensive flat. Britany was jealous that both Angelyn and Sheldon found love and both got engaged, whereas Britany kept finding duds. She gave up on university love and worked hard, getting excellent grades and eventually graduating with honors. Angelyn and her new fiance Corey Grundstrom, on the other hand, were playing things a little bit too risky and found out their were going to be parents with only two semesters left. Angelyn made the difficult decision to end her dreams of become a lawyer with her brother, Sheldon, and instead focus on motherhood. She doesn't know if Corey is the ultimate man for her as he is her first ever love, but she hopes life will work out in the end. Sheldon Rush and Allegra Gorey fell in love, although she certainly played hard to get for a while. Sheldon doesn't know if her feelings are still there for her previous boyfriend but he knows she loves him, and so they got engaged right before they are due to graduate. Allegra is super into the fact he is an alien, but doesn't know if her feelings go deeper than that.
GRADY RUSH Pt. 2 The Pons lived a very quiet and relaxing life. Britany decided to focus on college life to become a natural scientist while BJ sadly died from a tragic electric shock. Grady was devastated but Britany vowed to have her only remaining father move in with her once she graduated.
GRADY RUSH Pt. 1 Grady stayed in his hometown of Middleground to be with his partner Bj Pons. They later got married and adopted their beautiful daughter, Britany. Grady went on to follow his dream in the culinary industry and BJ worked as an entertainer.
CORTEZ RUSH Pt. 2 Cortez was abducted one more time after just watching the stars in his backyard with his dogs. He gave birth to an alien daughter soon after. In total they have four children: Sheldon (alien/ Heir), Roscoe, Angelyn and Renda (alien). Most of the kids have gone off to college, however Roscoe stayed behind to help on the farm and pursue his dream of becoming a journalist. Unbeknownst to him, he slept with his father's old love whom he met in the mountains on holiday. Cortez was furious with Roscoe and kicked him out.
CORTEZ RUSH Pt. 1 Cortez Rush married his highschool sweetheart, Vanessa Stompel. They realised that the eggplant industry was sorely lacking quality produce and decided to become full-time farmers in the outskirts of Baskerville. Cortez had a side hustle of stargazing, but after being adbucted by aliens he gave it up pretty quickly. He fell pregnant with an alien baby at the same time he and his wife conceived twins. It was hectic to say the least. But everyone survived and loved life growing up on a farm.
I've been meaning to upload pictures of my latest family, the Rush family! The founder is Joanne Rush, she married Pierce Ngai and they went on to have two sons: Cortez (our heir) and Grady. Joanne and Pierce are long since passed but they had a good life.
