Felicia couldn't keep herself from smiling at the reaction. It was sweet. "Why wouldn't I? You're smart. You're cute. There's that way you brighten up when you talk about your work." She could go on, but she didn't want to overwhelm.

"you didn't have to do that, you know." Peter claimed, though the smile on his face showed just how touched he was by their actions and not the least bit upset. He reached out to pull her into a hug @schwartzkatz

"And leave you to deal with those thugs on your own?" Felicia let herself be pulled into the hug. She smiled as she rested against him. There was a teasing tone in her voice. "You can't have all the fun for yourself."

"True... Are you finally turning over a new leaf after all these years " he said teasingly pulling back a bit to look her in the eyes

She chuckled, "still on my own side. It just happens to be with you, sometimes." Her eyes looked back at his, content and relaxed with him.

Peter looked at her for a few more moments and had to push a thought aside as he looked at her lips you should kiss her just like the old days.

Felicia took in the sight of him and smiled. "I know that look. That's the 'Peter is overthinking something' look." She leaned in closer. "Mind if I take a guess what you're thinking about?"

"Go ahead and try" he said with a bit of a laugh still holding her in his arms

She smiled and leaned up to him. The thief stole a kiss, eyes closing as they touched.

Peter placed a hand on her lower back and deepened the kiss a little

Felicia grinned as soon as he kissed back, pulling him in to keep him close.

Peter continued to kiss her letting his finger slowly trace a line up and down her back just wanting to touch her

A moan of contentment rolled in her chest. It was just how she remembered it.

"Not just art, but paint, like that," he told her, looking at her painting, "I've learned how to paint from some of the best in history, but I couldn't do anything like what you are capable of."

Felicia nodded with a smile. "I still have a lot to learn, so maybe you can show some things you've picked up." She went to find a canvas for him. "What subject would you like to start with?"

The Doctor thought for a moment. "How about the TARDIS console?" he suggested.

"We can." She set up a place for him to paint. "Why don't we start with sketching out how you would like to it to be?"

"That makes the most sense to me," he told her as he started to go to work. He was curious about her painting technique, but there wouldn't be much to paint until it was sketched out first.

Felicia got a new canvas while he got started. She knew all art techniques didn't work for everyone. Part of making art was finding their own thing. It would be nice to see what the Doctor's would be. "I don't put much in the sketches myself. I usually do just enough to know the basics."

Don’t put too much Weight on RP.

Take a break. RP should not dictate your life. If you find it dictating your mental health, it’s likely a time to take a step back. RP is a hobby. It can be frustrating if people aren’t replying to memes/starters/etc. But remember timezones are a thing, sometimes other people aren’t in the best mental state themselves, sometimes people are too busy IRL to watch the dash, sometimes they have writer’s block. There will be other days. There will be other interactions. People still care about you and your muse(s). Try again later, there is no shame in reblogging stuff from yourself.  But do not guilt people into interacting with you.

At the end of the day RP is a hobby. We’re here to have fun. Don’t let it dictate everything.

"You want my help to pull a prank on your friend?" the Doctor asked, "Which of your friends is this?"

"Of course," he told her, "Are you ready?"

"Ready." Felicia held onto the TARDIS. "Let's go get a glowing rock!"

Felicia gave the best reassuring smile she could. "I'm sure it's nothing. It doesn't really hurt that bad." She took a step back while supporting herself on the TARDIS railing. It was impossible to hide the truth from the sonic screwdriver, no matter how much she was used to underestimating how bad the injury really was.

"Why don't you sit down and I take a look at it?" the Doctor suggested, "I know it seems like it's just a name, but I am an actual doctor as well. I can probably help."

"I'm guessing that's not really a request." She let out a breath before finding a place to sit down. "Alright Doctor, I'm ready for my appointment."

I turn 41 next month.

I am now closer to the age of my character than not.

When I started this blog, Felicia was a few years older than me. I've been older than her for quite a while now. It's a strange experience when you realize, but also feels nice to see how far I've gone.

"Only if it's not made right. When it's right, it can be a lot better than leaf water." Felicia smirked back. He wasn't the only who could tease. She took a long sip of her mug before taking a piece of chocolate. "You seemed to have come back in a good mood. Have a good day?"

"Leaf water is beautiful stuff." Q argued good-naturedly as he sipped at his cup of tea as though to prove a point. "Hmm.. Well, no one caused a diplomatic incident and the new system I made seems to be working perfectly so, yes, rather good. How was yours?"

Felicia was glad to hear things were going smoothly for him. It sometimes caused issues in her line of work, but it was still nice. “I sold to a buyer recently. So I should be able to pay my side of things until my next job.” When that would be wouldn’t be said. She’d rather him be able to deny knowing anything in case she got into trouble.
