heya! I just signed up for the natsuyuu spring exchange, and I'm planning on posting my fic exchange on Ao3, but I realized I haven't put in my Ao3 handle in the submission form. Do I need to do another form with my Ao3 handle, or can I just immediately upload it on June?

Just please make sure to tag us on either Tumblr or Twitter when you do post it so we can make sure we've marked you down as having submitted your gift!
Is there a way to sign up as a pinch hitter without signing up for the full exchange? I won't have time until after the 18th, but after that I'll be free to create something if needed!

Spring has arrived, and the NatsuYuu Spring Exchange is following on its heels! This event will be an anonymous fanwork exchange event centered around the animanga series Natsume Yuujinchou.

would you accept poetry for the exchange?
Hello! We will accept poetry for the exchange. The minimum for poetry is 15 lines, and must have a medium or larger word count (so please don't submit a 1-2 word-per-line poem or something of that nature).
Please keep in mind that our fic minimum is 500 words, so the poem should reflect that amount of "substance" as much as the medium allows. We understand that it's difficult to quantify poetry in the same way as prose, but we also want to make sure everyone receives a gift that they can enjoy fully. This info will be in our FAQ/Info Doc as well.

Hey all! Unfortunately, we were not able to run the secret santa event in the 2023-24 season. To make up for it, we are proposing to run a Spring Exchange!
This event would have a ~2 week sign-up period and a ~1 month creation period. We're aiming to make this a lower commitment event, so event minimums would be 500 words or an artwork with cleaned lineart/sketch (no coloring needed). We're tentatively thinking the month of creation would be in April or May (possibly also including early June) but the schedule is definitely not set in stone yet!
