When detective Karen Page goes undercover into the Russo street racing empire, she meets Billy Russo’s right hand man, Frank Castle.
He surprises her. He fascinates her.
He knows she’s undercover.
To her shock, Frank promises to keep her cover. He’s just as interested in bringing the very violent Russo right to the ground and he’s willing to go down with him if it means getting Russo out of power. Karen agrees to work with him.
She doesn’t intend on falling in love with him.
