hi not so friendly reminder that fanfiction is made for fans and fandom spaces. breaking that fourth wall and bringing it outside of that to mock or get clicks has never been it’s purpose. fanfiction/it’s writers are not responsible for how you react once that wall is broken because this space wasn’t meant for you. it wasn’t meant for media. it wasn’t meant for celebrity. it’s meant for its specific fan space, and that space continuously being made fun of in 2023 for its archaic stereotype that other channels and media have perpetuated for decades is so boring and lame and just continues to erase how important fan literature is in writing communities, fandom communities, intellectual discussion, and art communities. thanks
