30 Rounds of Me(h):

@30roundrevolution / 30roundrevolution.tumblr.com

30s, Phd, educated at nationally ranked schools. I support gun rights, gay rights, women's rights, and freedom of speech, to name a few... Legally married LGBTQ Catholics should guard their legal marijuana farms with legal machine guns. The American university system is full of communists and it terrifies me, I swear to god.

How To Avoid The Atrocities Of History.

When one reflects upon the greatest evils and atrocities in human history the question that one is inevitably moved to ask oneself is: What can the human race do to prevent such things from ever occurring again? The answer to this question for many on the modern political Left is that we must eliminate what they refer to as "hate". Now all decent human beings should always seek to marginalize true hate, but that is not the proper answer to the question just posed. Hate is always present in every time and place (and quite honestly it always will be) but the greatest atrocities in history are not present in every time and place. They appear when they are provided with the right opportunity with the right formal conditions.

And so now a second question has emerged. What are the formal conditions under which they occur? We will mention two. The first condition is the loss of individual liberty and the concentration of political power. Historically, evil has been greatly limited in the degree of damage it has been able to bring about as long as it has been confined to private individuals and groups. It has been within the context of highly concentrated political power that the greatest human atrocities have occurred. The second condition is a social environment in which human beings are seen as members of groups rather than as individuals. It is much more important to avoid a convergence of these two scenarios than it is to attempt to banish all hate from the world. And we must remember something else about the greatest evils and atrocities of history. They are almost always themselves carried out in the name of opposing "evil" or some perceived threat. This is typically the justification.

So when the Conservative sees the modern Leftist push for increasingly more intrusive government and greater concentrations of power (including through the manipulation and control of big tech companies), when he sees individual expression and liberty curtailed (in the name of supposedly "righteous" causes) and when he sees the push to view human beings not as individuals but as members of groups (Critical Race Theory) he contends that this is not the direction that a wise reading of history would recommend for us.

One of the great dangers of seeing people as members of groups instead of as individuals is that it desensitizes us to individual human suffering (which is the genesis of all human atrocity). How, for example, does a terrorist target innocent lives? By not viewing his victims as individual human beings, but instead as simply representatives of a general group that he resents (Jews, Americans etc). And so when he acts he is striking at the group and not the individual. "Group justice" in this case justifies the targeting of the individual. It is more important than individual justice. Now let us think back to the rhetoric of the George Floyd riots. Many supporters of the riots casually justified the violence and destruction done to the property and to the persons of innocent individual American citizens and they did so precisely in the name of "group Justice". Is this the direction in which we want to move as a country?

During the L. A. Riots back in 1992 the LAPD fucked off to protect the wealthy communities while the poor neighborhoods were left to their own devices. Many Korean shop owners got guns and defended their stores from the rooftops. In recent years they’ve become known endearingly as the “Roof Koreans”.

Mr. Park, one of the guys from the pictures unfortunately passed away recently.

Rest in Peace, King.

The attendees of the gay pride event in Manhattan yesterday left the public trashed. Video by @ elaadeliahu:

Littering is so fucking disrespectful. What are you a child? Put it in a fucking bin.

Happy Pride

Any event or protest and no one cleans up

2A lads in Virginia left the area cleaner than it was when they showed up iirc.

Yep. Same with the 2a rally in SLC I attended a few years back. Antifa rally the next week trashed downtown so bad they had to haul in all the city park staff and extra garbage trucks

I was at the same rally, Red. Honestly everyone was super respectful of the grounds and it was a great time. I was also working during the Antifa bitchfit downtown and we had to lock all our doors and SLCPD had some fellows come up with large, heavy bags asking for rooftop access. A few of the Antifa clowns trespassed on the property I was doing security for and were being massive dicks (one kept harassing kids at a playground) so we bagged em and tagged em. Damn near all of em had Cali ID's.

It's such a shitshow. SLC used to be a good city until all the leftist college students and californians moved in, hiked up prices on housing and fucked over everything. Same is happening to Provo and St. George

Utah has basically been invited by left wing Californian techies. It’s awful.

First image of Sasha Calle in her #Supergirl outfit

She looks like a 3 year old walking to their parents room about to tell them she threw up

Yeah, the CG team is gonna be working overtime.

why does she look like a lesbian spiderman

The answer is "that's how this character's suit looks in the comics".

This is from the Injustice timeline. She's a dream version of the kid Lois was pregnant with when Joker killed her.

Oh wow that suit looks actually pretty accurate then.

Still not a fan though.

Is that who this Supergirl is supposed to be then? Clark and Louis's daughter? What show is this from?

Injustice is a fighting game video game franchise where Joker got Superman to kill a pregnant Lois. And by extension all of Metropolis. Superman decides to get his jackboots on, murders Joker, and takes over the world.

Like I said, this is what Superman imagines the kid would've been.

No, no, i know what injustice is.

I meant Sasha Callie here. Shes playing supergirl, but in what?

The Flash’s upcoming movie. She’s probably from an alternate timeline.

Sounds dumb

Pot calling the kettle black.

THANK GOD we have the "anarcho"-communist (lol) of all vermin with absolutely no self-awareness to shame America for its past.

What an amazing self-own. You don't see these very often.

How can you be anarcho-communist? You literally need government to force communism because if someone doesn't voluntarily give up what they produce, you have to use force to take it and if someone doesn't want to produce, you have to force them to do it.

*takes deep breath* roast the AR-18

Forged homework of rifle design. If you are a military power in the last 40 years who's wanted to get a new rifle design but you don't want to actually do any of the hard work in developing your own indigenous design, you steal from the AR-18. Switch some bits around and call it your own. Give it FDE furniture and a caliber upgrade to 7.62 NATO, give it polymer furniture and in-build optics with a dot sight, give it a bipod and rifle grenades because your nation is barred from actually taking place in any wars so you still think those are good ideas, all of these guns take something or most things from the AR-18.

It is 1963 and ArmaLite has made a terrible mistake. While they had developed the AR-10 and AR-15, they had sold the rights to the designs to Colt and other companies. It made sense given what they were at the time. ArmaLite was a wing of Fairchild Aircraft mostly focused on R&D, they didn't have the facilities, budget and other requirements to fully devote to the AR-15, especially when a company like Colt was able to buy up. However, because of selling the AR-15 out and the AR-15 becoming a sales success, Fairchild decided to spin them loose in hopes of another buyer capitalizing on the dream team within. And so they needed a new rifle to sell, one that was seperate from the AR-15. Thus the AR-18 was developed, intended to be sold cheaply by its use of stamped sheet metal components in comparison to the forged aluminum of the AR-15. Which was great for third world nations to use to buy and make their o-.

No one bought it.

Yeah the big issue with the AR-18 was trying to swing against Colt, and also dealing with how the US was flinging M16's at whoever asked nicely. And by the time the rifle was done with constant tweaking by 1969, the AR-15 had REALLY become set as the de-facto 5.56 rifle of choice. There would be some success in sub-contracting the gun's production to Howa and Sterling, and the obvious IRA connection, but the rifle would fade away. ArmaLite would stop most operations in the early 1980's, leaving total production of original AR-18's, both the AR-18 and AR-180 at around 22,500~ units combined.

As a rifle, the AR-18 provides an alternative to the AR-15 but not enough to really supplant it. For every advantage like the side folding stock, there's a disadvantage like the cockeyed charging handle making it almost required to do the tilt-over-the-gun rack like an AK. You have an easier to make rifle, and then you have weird semi-proprietary magazines that are just STANAG mags with an extra cut. It's pro's are outweighed by cons and those cons would be ironed out by every design that borrowed it's layout. There’s a reason every repro has failed, and even the BRN-180 steals the lock work with things like normal AR-15 bolt releases and mags. It’s a good concept with iffy execution.
