SHE DIDN’T FREQUENT THE SLUMS MUCH . if she did it was always for business not pleasure . however , upon recognizing a familiar face in one of the sectors of midgar’s slums it was hard for her not to indulge . she tapped the man on the shoulder and smiled . ❝ well well , what do we have here ? mr . fair , how kind of you to remind us you’re still alive and well . i was almost led to thinking you were another lost soul in this sin city . ❞
fanciful words came from her pink painted lips . speaking with an acquaintance would be a rare exception , like a sweet treat during a month old diet . she had met zack fair a few times now , he had proved both charming and useful . it would be in her best interest to keep track of him the best she could . who knew when she might need his assistance or hers for his own . again , she had to remind herself she was only here for business not pleasure ; and that there still was a job to do .

Tumblr has always been a fierce believer in free speech and the power it gives to the people who wield it. Throughout history, free speech has been the most important tool used to fight for racial and social justice. The protests being held in honor of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery are no different. They are important. They should not be ignored or derided. The disproportionate violence Black people face from those who have power in our country is not acceptable. It’s on all of us, regardless of race, to stand up for what is right, to demand justice, and to demand change.

REEVE couldn’t help but let out a small laugh as he moved to place a hand on her shoulder for a moment. “ you don’t have to do anything special today to look beautiful. You are beautiful every day” he couldn’t help but smile and moved his and down, to take hers softly. holding it for a moment. As much as he was tired, and needed a little rest, at least he could count on her right. “Besides, every day is special, since I am with you.”
SHE COULD NO LONGER HIDE FROM HIM , she smiled at him with her cheeks dusted with a pink blush . he was always so gentle and kind with her , what did she do to deserve him ? she had been horrible to him in the beginning and he never changed his tune towards her . she owed him a great debt that she hoped that her companionship would be payment enough .
❝ reeve , i don’t know why you love me so , but i love you too . ❞ she said in a wistful tone . then nadia leaned in and placed a kiss upon his cheek . he deserved a token of her affections for him as well . as she pulled away she squeezed his hand before leading him to the kitchen once more .
