DAY 66/80 โ (yesterdayโs workout) and just finished todayโs workout too. S W E A T F E S T ๐ . . This total body workout has been favorite in the whole program. And I woke up this morning with abs sooooo sore. . . I was just talking to some fellow coaches that are doing this program too and we were talking about how life changing it has been. Seriously this program has permanently changed some habits and made me feel REALLY and truly amazing. . . I see how much stronger I am, physically and mentally, and I ADORE the meal plan. I canโt get over how easy it is to stay on track with it. ๐ . . Also Iโm thinking about opening up 20 new spots for my group. โจ ๐ ๐ธ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ป๐ธ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ ๐ with ๐ต๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐ด โจ . . Iโm on day 65 of my 80 day program, and Iโve been doing the best Iโve ever done with nutrition any program that Iโve started in the past five years ๐ . . I think itโs because this program is so straightforward and specific in what you need to eat and when you need to eat it that I donโt even have to think twice about anything. As long as Iโm planned Iโm good to go ๐ฝ๐ฏโโ๏ธ . . I think itโs important to keep your meals simple but use spices, sauces, and homemade dressings to spice it up a bit. (This was simply chicken salad made with @sirkensingtons mayo and @traderjoes everything but the bagel sesame seasoning) ๐คค The dressing on top is in my IG story ๐๐ฝ . . I still do throw some wild recipes in my meal plan occasionally that take a little bit more time to prep but I think as long as you have balance thatโs the key ๐ . . A lot of times people ask me what I do with my food and I swear itโs just the spices that you use that make all the difference ๐๐ฝ . . Also I havenโt shared nutrition and food pictures in a while, I always wonder if thatโs more what you guys want to see but when I share it doesnโt really seem like a lot of people like it so then I assume that you donโt want to see it. ๐ค Which I guess I shouldnโt assume but I donโt have Instagram strange ๐คฃ (at Pike Creek Valley, Delaware)
Same beanie different day โค๏ธ๐ค๐ฝโ . . This was a little less than 6 months ago ๐(sorry I look like a serial killer in the picture to the left ๐คฃ) . . This stuff takes time but it works if you work it. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Stop waiting to see results after one week and then getting frustrated and giving up. You have to be consistent with it and eventually youโll wake up one day and see big changes. ๐ช๐ฝ . . Stop expecting perfection from yourself and your body, because itโs impossible it will just drive you nuts๐ Focus on celebrating the small wins and be grateful for the things that your body does for you every day ๐ (at Newark, Delaware)
DAY 64/80 โ โ โ โ . . This workout kills me. Itโs probably everyoneโs least favorite workout but I know that itโs working because itโs a struggle. If a work out is easy itโs usually not doing its job. ๐ช๐ฝ . . Today I went Instagram live to keep myself accountable and make sure I did ALL the moves and it worked. Iโm FEELING it and was EXTRA hungry today ๐คฃ . . I canโt believe how good I feel and how strong I have gotten. This program will surprise you. 5 years ago today I made a decision that changed my life forever. โจ . 5 years ago in this EXACT date, I decided to become a Beachbody coach and never looked back.....BUT when I started, when I decided to say yes to this whole thing, you wanna know who I was? . That girl on the left side of these pictures was deeply depressed and hiding it from everyone.๐ . I used food as my comfort and if I wasnโt binging on it I was purging it up. Eating disorders were all too familiar to me. . I also hated myself, not just physically but mentally. I struggled daily with seeing the positive in anything๐๐ฝ . I had no drive or any goals in life. I graduated college and moved to the West Coast from the East Coast knowing only one person and felt so alone. I saw people that had goals and dreams but I literally have no idea what that felt like. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ . And my self-confidence and self love it was at an all time low. I had no idea with self-love was & never bothered to work on myself whatsoever. I just liked to use the excuse that I had โresting bitch faceโ and then everyone else was the problem, not me. ๐ . But when I felt that way I wasnโt really happy. I joked around about those things but when I was alone I wasnโt so miserable. It was all fake - just so no one would talk to me. Pretended like I enjoyed it, but little did I know there was something inside of me that wanted more.๐ฆ . I never knew that decision I made five years ago would bring me to today. Living my best life, being so happy &fulfilled, and no longer struggling with the things that I struggled with in the past. That being physical, financial, mentally, and spiritually๐๐ฝ . Today I am a new me. I would say Iโm the best version of myself but I know that I want to keep working on me every single day. I never want to feel like I know it all. I wanna keep growing always. ๐ . I never knew it was possible to feel this way but with the amazing community and support I get from our team everyday, I have so my faith and positivity.๐ . ๐ฅ PALEO CASSAVA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES ๐คค . . @cassidyscraveablecreations you are amazing. ๐๐ฏ Iโve been wanting to make some pancakes using #cassava flour and they turned out amazing. They were mixture between chewy, fluffy, and crispy and I loved them. @snvptrick approved too ๐๐ . . These pretty much fit into my meal plan, not perfectly in the sense of how many I ate ๐ but guess what - this program and the specially my groups if youโre with me - are not about perfection. Itโs impossible to be perfect and while we strive to do the best that we can, itโs OK if some days you eat a little bit more than planned. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ Youโre not going to fail and I wonโt let you feel obsessive in my groups. โค๏ธ . .
