DAY 66/80 โœ… (yesterdayโ€™s workout) and just finished todayโ€™s workout too. S W E A T F E S T ๐Ÿ˜… . . This total body workout has been favorite in the whole program. And I woke up this morning with abs sooooo sore. . . I was just talking to some fellow coaches that are doing this program too and we were talking about how life changing it has been. Seriously this program has permanently changed some habits and made me feel REALLY and truly amazing. . . I see how much stronger I am, physically and mentally, and I ADORE the meal plan. I canโ€™t get over how easy it is to stay on track with it. ๐Ÿ˜ . . Also Iโ€™m thinking about opening up 20 new spots for my group. WASHINGTON TEAM RETREAT PICTURES ARE READY ๐Ÿ˜ญโค๏ธโœจ . . Thanks to my amazing coach @laurenkilisky for putting together an amazing retreat and having this photo shoot done.๐Ÿ“ธ . . Iโ€™m on day 65 of my 80 day program, and Iโ€™ve been doing the best Iโ€™ve ever done with nutrition any program that Iโ€™ve started in the past five years ๐Ÿ™Š . . I think itโ€™s because this program is so straightforward and specific in what you need to eat and when you need to eat it that I donโ€™t even have to think twice about anything. As long as Iโ€™m planned Iโ€™m good to go ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ . . I think itโ€™s important to keep your meals simple but use spices, sauces, and homemade dressings to spice it up a bit. (This was simply chicken salad made with @sirkensingtons mayo and @traderjoes everything but the bagel sesame seasoning) ๐Ÿคค The dressing on top is in my IG story ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿฝ . . I still do throw some wild recipes in my meal plan occasionally that take a little bit more time to prep but I think as long as you have balance thatโ€™s the key ๐Ÿ”‘ . . A lot of times people ask me what I do with my food and I swear itโ€™s just the spices that you use that make all the difference ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ . . Also I havenโ€™t shared nutrition and food pictures in a while, I always wonder if thatโ€™s more what you guys want to see but when I share it doesnโ€™t really seem like a lot of people like it so then I assume that you donโ€™t want to see it. ๐Ÿค” Which I guess I shouldnโ€™t assume but I donโ€™t have Instagram strange ๐Ÿคฃ (at Pike Creek Valley, Delaware)

Same beanie different day โค๏ธ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿฝโ›‘ . . This was a little less than 6 months ago ๐Ÿ™‰(sorry I look like a serial killer in the picture to the left ๐Ÿคฃ) . . This stuff takes time but it works if you work it. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Stop waiting to see results after one week and then getting frustrated and giving up. You have to be consistent with it and eventually youโ€™ll wake up one day and see big changes. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ . . Stop expecting perfection from yourself and your body, because itโ€™s impossible it will just drive you nuts๐Ÿ˜ Focus on celebrating the small wins and be grateful for the things that your body does for you every day ๐Ÿ’› (at Newark, Delaware)

DAY 64/80 โœ…โœ…โœ…โœ… . . This workout kills me. Itโ€™s probably everyoneโ€™s least favorite workout but I know that itโ€™s working because itโ€™s a struggle. If a work out is easy itโ€™s usually not doing its job. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ . . Today I went Instagram live to keep myself accountable and make sure I did ALL the moves and it worked. Iโ€™m FEELING it and was EXTRA hungry today ๐Ÿคฃ . . I canโ€™t believe how good I feel and how strong I have gotten. This program will surprise you. 5 years ago today I made a decision that changed my life forever. โœจ . 5 years ago in this EXACT date, I decided to become a Beachbody coach and never looked back.....BUT when I started, when I decided to say yes to this whole thing, you wanna know who I was? . That girl on the left side of these pictures was deeply depressed and hiding it from everyone.๐Ÿ˜ž . I used food as my comfort and if I wasnโ€™t binging on it I was purging it up. Eating disorders were all too familiar to me. . I also hated myself, not just physically but mentally. I struggled daily with seeing the positive in anything๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ . I had no drive or any goals in life. I graduated college and moved to the West Coast from the East Coast knowing only one person and felt so alone. I saw people that had goals and dreams but I literally have no idea what that felt like. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ . And my self-confidence and self love it was at an all time low. I had no idea with self-love was & never bothered to work on myself whatsoever. I just liked to use the excuse that I had โ€œresting bitch faceโ€ and then everyone else was the problem, not me. ๐Ÿ˜’ . But when I felt that way I wasnโ€™t really happy. I joked around about those things but when I was alone I wasnโ€™t so miserable. It was all fake - just so no one would talk to me. Pretended like I enjoyed it, but little did I know there was something inside of me that wanted more.๐Ÿฆ‹ . I never knew that decision I made five years ago would bring me to today. Living my best life, being so happy &fulfilled, and no longer struggling with the things that I struggled with in the past. That being physical, financial, mentally, and spiritually๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ . Today I am a new me. I would say Iโ€™m the best version of myself but I know that I want to keep working on me every single day. I never want to feel like I know it all. I wanna keep growing always. ๐Ÿ“š . I never knew it was possible to feel this way but with the amazing community and support I get from our team everyday, I have so my faith and positivity.๐Ÿ˜‹ . ๐Ÿฅž PALEO CASSAVA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES ๐Ÿคค . . @cassidyscraveablecreations you are amazing. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ฏ Iโ€™ve been wanting to make some pancakes using #cassava flour and they turned out amazing. They were mixture between chewy, fluffy, and crispy and I loved them. @snvptrick approved too ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ˜‹ . . These pretty much fit into my meal plan, not perfectly in the sense of how many I ate ๐Ÿ˜‚ but guess what - this program and the specially my groups if youโ€™re with me - are not about perfection. Itโ€™s impossible to be perfect and while we strive to do the best that we can, itโ€™s OK if some days you eat a little bit more than planned. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Youโ€™re not going to fail and I wonโ€™t let you feel obsessive in my groups. โค๏ธ . .
