can confirm, i’ve used these charity care programs for the past decade and the only time i’ve paid a cent to my hospital is for a few months where i lapsed on renewing my application (it expires every six months at my hospital) and it was like, $60 in copays so i just paid it. and i’m someone who sees at minimum 2-3 medical professionals a month to extensive chronic illnesses. this isn’t just for if you’ve racked up a big bill, if you’ve been putting off getting care apply for one of these programs and you may be able to get treatment for free

But if we want to talk about dead children, imagine this stadium filled with children.
That's 10,000. There aren't even enough seats. We need 2000 more. That's how many children we know Israel has killed since October.
That we know of, mind you. They destroyed the ways to count the deaths, and the people counting them, so this is very much an inaccurate number. It's in truth much higher, possibly multiple times as many. We have no way to be sure. Israel made sure of that.
This doesn't even count all the children killed in the last 75 years while the world was silent. This brutality is much older than Hamas.
And this is just the children. Adults don't deserve starvation, rape, torture, and genocide either. No one does.
The truth is that Hamas could have done every single thing they are accused of ten times over, and it wouldn't matter right now. There isn't a single goddamn thing that can justify genocide in any circumstance. Period.
Israel will answer for its crimes against humanity, and Palestine will be free.
And to be clear, if anyone tries to twist this genocide into justification for antisemitism, fucking die. You're no different than Israel. Jewish people have been fighting against this evil since the beginning, long before the rest of the world knew or cared. You don't get to stir up nazism 2.0 just because Israel claims to speak for Jewish people (they don't). Don't forget just how many Palestinians were and are Jewish. And don't forget just how poorly Israel treats holocaust survivors. Israel is just standard western imperialism lIke any other. And they need to be stopped.

Though the exact number of casualties from the atrocity is still unknown, preliminary reports suggest that over 1,500 Palestinians have been killed, injured, or are reported missing as a result of the massacre at Al-Shifa, with women and children making up half of the casualties. Euro-Med Monitor is able to confirm from its initial investigation and testimonies that hundreds of dead bodies, including some burned, and others with their heads and limbs severed, have been discovered both inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex and in the hospital’s surrounding area. The massacre claimed the lives of at least 22 patients who were killed in their hospital beds during the Israeli siege of the Medical Complex, amid the willful deprivation of their access to food, medical care, and supplies. Israel’s army also purposefully prevented relief teams and representatives of international organisations from entering Al-Shifa to carry out humanitarian missions or evacuations, plus purposefully cleared the Complex of all working personnel—particularly medical personnel—either by summary execution or forced displacement or arrest. The whereabouts of some of these individuals are still unknown.
Members of the Israeli army forced more than 25,000 Palestinian civilians to evacuate their homes in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex. These forced evacuations occurred after Israel committed horrendous crimes against local families, including killing, direct targeting, besieging, and starving them, as well as arbitrary arrests and destroying and burning homes and civilian objects. According to initial estimates, the Israeli army demolished and set ablaze over 1,200 housing units in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

One entry posted on October 11 reads: “Burning their mother … You won’t believe the video we got! You can hear the crunch of their bones. We’ll upload it right away, get ready.” Images of Palestinian captives and corpses were captioned “Exterminating the roaches … exterminating the Hamas rats. … Share this beauty.” In another instance, the following caption accompanied a video of an Israeli soldier allegedly dipping machine gun bullets in pork fat: “What a man!!!!! Lubricates bullets with lard. You won’t get your virgins.” And: “Garbage juice!!!! Another dead terrorist!! You have to watch it with the sound, you’ll die laughing.”
