My magpie themed flower crown!

Several very coarse words not usually associated with the gentle arts of floristry went into making this… It’s not quite finished, but you get the idea.

When and Where Behold the Red Dragon Con will take place at the Radisson Edwardian Blu at Heathrow (London, UK) from the 7th to the 9th of October.

Hotel The hotel is fluctuating between being fully booked and not. If you are able to find a room at the right point, use code 1016STARFURY to get the discount. Otherwise there are lots of other local hotels including the hotel we stayed at last year the Renaissance.

Tickets You can still buy regular tickets (£105.00) this includes entry to all 3 days of the event, the ceremony’s and talks, you also get 1 autograph from everyone but Eddie Izzard and Vladimir Jon Cubrt. (Regular tickets do not include autos from any other “bonus” guests, entry to the Meet and Greet, or seating in the front few rows of the talks.) Once tickets have a name on it cannot be changed, and you cannot get a refund unless the event sells out and your ticket is resold. You must have ID to collect your ticket. Tickets available HERE.

Photos You can buy tickets for some photo shoots ahead of the con online. If you’d like a photo with Eddie Izzard it’s v. advised to buy online, online sales will denote how long the photo session will be, meaning the number of photo tickets for Eddie available at the con will be minimal. You can buy other individual photos at the con. Photos available HERE.

Other Info All starfury purchases made on site are in cash, I’m unable to find confirmation there is a cash machine on site but there is a currency exchange. Please do let starfury know if you have any special requirements. There is a “party” every night with different themes (but really people just stay in cosplay and get drunk.) You aren’t allowed to video or record talks but you can take photos. For ceremonies/talks there are seating arrangements (front to back, Gold Ticket Holders, specified seating for those with disability requirements, Stewards, Regular Ticket Holders.) You can steward for the event, email stewards@starfury.co.uk. If you have any questions about the event check out my page or ask me!
