10 Dads Who Didn’t Want A Cat

I have my own dad to add to this. “Tricia! No! We aren’t getting another cat.” Said my father to my mother, years ago.

This is Dusty. She’s 16 and she adores my dad. (Ignore her angry face. She had eye surgery as a baby so she looks grumpy at all times.)

Some of you might remember that Korok pattern I designed and posted about a few years ago? Well, someone on Etsy has stole it and is selling it as their own! I have already reported them but I would like to bring to attention that this is not their work and you shouldn’t buy it!

If possible, I would deeply appriciate if anyone out there is willing to also report them or message them about this (I didn’t message them directly because I was afraid that they’d just block me). If you do, please be civil, being super rude to them won’t help but I just want them to know that this is not ok.

Anyway PLEASE REBLOG THIS so it can be spread to more people! This behavior of theirs is everything I’ve feared as an artist to see something I put my heart into taken and sold while pretending to be their own.

At the meet and greet, I asked Frank about his inspiration and meaning about Medicine Square Garden, how it was my favorite song by far on the album and how I thought it sounded like a “sad, sexy song.” He basically told me that that was the vibe he was going for and how he wanted it to sound like a “70’s funk band.” The meaning behind it is apparently how people can be addicted to certain things, whether it’s drugs or whatnot, and be on that “high” and not want to come down from it even though you should. He compared it to basically “jumping off a metaphorical cliff headfirst.” And, he was incredibly thankful I loved the song and told me how it was also his favorite as well.
