Normalize going into people’s ask boxes and ask them random ass questions.

Tumblr used to be so much fun with all the asks (anonymous or otherwise), and we need to bring those back, especially now that we finally have a half-decent blocking feature in place.

Ask people things! Message them! Don’t let tumblr inbox die! It’s one of the features that made tumblr tumblr.

DISCORD HACK/SCAM

I've had a couple of friends have issues with this, and I nearly fell victim to this myself. If an account you're friends with messages you asking if someone messaged you something weird in a server, do NOT heed this. Block/report the account. They have been hacked. As a PSA. PLEASE, DO NOT MESSAGE ANYONE WITH THE HANDLE MIKESUPPORT_(random number) they will get your email and use that to hack into your discord account. It's also highly recommended you change your email. Please reblog this to spread awareness.

i think i almost just got scammed on discord through a fear-of-being-banned tactic

fortunately my friend noticed a red flag before I did and i Stopped before i gave too much information

but still, if something DOES happen to my discord, I wanted there to be a notice here in case I lose it and have to contact people

Heard back from a legit discord person. It was absolutely a scam and I have followed directions in handling reporting and blocking, as well having confirmation I am Not in trouble in Any way and my account is not at all at risk of suspension. Everything is fine.
