Seasonal Trees Set - Part 4
A new collection of seasonal trees, consisting of two cherry trees (a bigger and a smaller one), a eucalyptus tree and two boxwoods.
A eucalyptus tree is my conversion from a free 3d model from 3dWarehouse, other trees are my retextured conversions from Sims 4.
Polycount:
Cherry Tree: 913 polys Cherry Tree Small: 1367 polys Eucalyptus: 14504 polys (high) Boxwood Large: 1063 polys Boxwood Tall: 992 polys
Compressed, clearly labelled, picture included.
Slight modifications on Crisps & Kerosene´s wonderful lamp - replaced the lamp stand by the base game water lily leaves and enabled placement on water surfaces, so you don´t need any cheats or OMSPs. Slaved to the original lamp.
You can get it here.
There's a First Time for Everything: Here is my First Ever Recolor.
Good Morning! Today I bring to you my very first attempt at recoloring an object. I recolored TVickieSims's 4t2 default replacement Hydrangea. The mesh is not included please find the mesh and instructions for installation on her post as there are CEP extra files required. Trust and believe this download is definitely worth it as all the items are seasonal. If you already have her hydrangea default from the post linked above, no need to obtain the mesh.
I hope you like them, and they add the specific look you are looking for on your lot :). This was pretty fun to make, and I owe a debt of gratitude for the support I received from TVickieSims and Lord Crumps as they took the time to answer my questions as a beginner most patiently on Lord Crumps' forum. (If you have not already, check it out! www.lordcrumps.com.)
As always, I will say, with any downloaded content always try on your tester save first and then move to your game if you are happy with how it looks and works.
Thank you for checking out my first try at recoloring.

I downloaded these 3D models almost a year ago and I had time today to turn them into TS2 statues, so here you go !
2 statues (one male, one female) from some ancient civilization I guess ? And two repo'd smaller add-ons. They all share the same texture : the big male one is the master. 1207 & 1213 polys. 3500$ for the big ones, 1000$ for the small ones. Have proper OFB shelves dimensions.
These are Javanese couple statues, from Indonesia (thank you @fantashit for the info !).

The Sims 2 For Rent - CC EXPANSION PACK
Sul Sul!
~ More photos under the under the cut ~
Last week the Sims 4 got a new pack, this week Sims 2 players get that same pack! In a collaboration with @platinumaspiration and @tvickiesims and a HUGE assist from @episims, we bring you "The Sims 2 For Rent CC Expansion Pack!"
This is a large set, and advisable that it does not get merged even further than it already is! - I ran into some issues when trying to do this!
When you explore this pack, please take a look at the marble ring rug, it has some surprisingly cute rug swatches! I put a swatch in it to remove the marbles themselves, so you have a cute small rug! - I only mention this as I was going to bin the rug off once uploaded, but then I found it had some lovely swatches!
FUNCTIONALITY
So most of the items will function as they should and intended as. Its just not just deco items.
There is two collection files included, separated into build buy! Please note that fences and stairs and spandrels cant be but into a collection!
- The squatty toilet that took me over 12 hours to make, yeah they squat, animation can be a bit bouncy but such is life. This toilet also can be flushed, get dirty and is cleanable!
- Outdoor plants are seasonal!
- Counters are animated with insides built, there is no drawer on the counter, I did not want to change the shape of the unit, and saw EA did the same
- ignore the fact they grab something from a non existent drawer - Wardrobes have interiors elements, and have working doors!
- Each Kettle have two versions, choose only one, one for the colour traits mod / one 'normal'. They function as Tea makers! Huazzah!
- Spandrels in build mode are classified as fences. I made a variant with fence / no fence.
- Several of the larger deco pieces such as the Arch Gate, or umbrella are actually lights!
- Radiators act like radiators!
- The Aircon Unit is completely functional, doesn't lower bills, but it does lower sims temperatures!
- "Water Heaters" act like solar panels, they get money off your bills!
- The Electrical Fuse box has 2 versions, I kept them both in, one wall deco and one functions as a burglar alarm - I wanted more alarms.
- Most Sofas / Chairs have morphs!
- Slots added to the Vanity and Bathroom Cabinet!
FENCES / SPANDRELS / STAIRS OH MY!
- I have included swatch images of each of the spandrels, fences and stairs and labelled them to match, this is so that you can go in and take out any of the swatches you do not want. This is because there are lot of new fences and the menu can feel cluttered with them in for some people.

Murano’s Bamboo NH View Edit
Similarly to the Birch Trees, I have removed the LOD90 object from the seasonal Bamboo by Murano, so that they now display correctly in neighborhood view. Murano’s two recolours of the plants have also been adapted to the edited mesh and are included.
BEFORE
AFTER
In addition to this, I have edited their placement options, so you can now position the bamboo on slopes, submerge it in water or integrate the various meshes to create a thicket, without having to use the “MoveObjects on” cheat (always annoying). Sims are still not able to walk through them though.
Previews
INFO:
* My files will overwrite the originals by Murano (GUID is the same).
* For instances of these plants already in your game, you’ll need to save the lot before the changes appear in NH view.
* Also, you need to re-buy existing bamboo for the placement changes to take effect.
* Seasonal changes are the originals by Murano, which include low and high snow for all recolours. Most bamboo varieties are evergreen, so there is no yellow autumn or bare winter state.
* Seasonal plants (generally) seem to work with non-Seasons installations of the game, but they only display the summer state.
* Collection file created and included, as these can be a pain to find in the catalogue. Any problems with these, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Low Snowdrift Fence And Winter Is Here Gate 4t2 Conversion

I hope now @alexbgd you will be able to finish your japanese builds ;)
Trimmable Bonsai Plant (A Collab With Episims)
@episims and myself teamed up to make a cool little object - a plant converted from Sims 4 that can be trimmed into different shapes!
There are 10 shapes in total, 9 pretty ones and 1 failed. First 5 basic shapes are available with any nature enthusiasm while others appear after reaching level 5.
Trimming and viewing the bonsai gives a sim nature enthusiasm (can be trimmed by teens and up but children can still view it). Bad mood may result in failed trimming shape (pay attention to sim's reaction when that happens) and viewing this miserable plant looks funny ;) In 2 days the plant will overgrow and you can trim it again.
The bonsai comes with all the original pot and stand recolors and can be found under Hobbies/Misc for 210 simoleons.
Polycount: ranging from 781 to 1623 polys Texture sizes: 128x128, 256x256 and 512x256
Translations available: FR/RU
Compressed, clearly labelled, picture included.
KOREA series - HanbokTeen_01 (THE SIMS 2)
Two years ago, I discovered the world of Korean dramas and really fell in love with dramas where events take place in past historical eras. That's why I wanted to implement something similar in my favorite game. This will be a small project with Korean traditional hairstyles, clothes and accessories. Some things will be converted by me from other Sims games, some are made entirely by me.
This mesh was made by me. The mesh has a thick morph.
Kokoro and Ryu enjoying their morning tea: 1945
The story so far: In the enchanting countryside of rural Okinawa, there lived a young Japanese girl named Midoriko. Born in the year 1936, she was a spirited and curious child with a heart full of dreams. Midoriko's father, Ryu Miyamoto, was a high-ranking member of the yakuza, a renowned and respected figure in their community. He was known for his strength, loyalty, and unwavering dedication to his family and the values he held.
Midoriko was not alone in her journey through life, for she had two older twin brothers named Kenji and Koga. They were inseparable companions, always looking out for their little sister and teaching her valuable life lessons. Their bond was unbreakable, nurtured by the love and support they shared.
However, the chaos and devastation of World War II cast a long shadow over their lives. In the aftermath of the war, tragedy struck their family. Ryu, Kenji, and Koga, who had fought bravely for their country, were taken from them, never to return. Midoriko and her mother, Kokoro, were left to grieve their loss and pick up the pieces of their shattered lives.
3t2 - Build Items from World Adventures
Hello, I'm finally back after disappearing for a good amount of time:))
I converted some China themed build items from TS3 World Adventures that I supposed they hadn't been converted before.
From left to right: Doors of Dongzool, Arch of The Setting Sun, Simla Etched Door, King Qing's Window
They come with some default recolors
Special thanks to @funphumph for helping me with this fence.
Besides the original recolors, I added a stone version for my liking;) using a pattern from TS3 (check out this great tutorial on how to export TS3's patterns as .png files).
You can also find more build buy items converted from TS3 World Adventures here.
Have fun! I may disappear again:)
