I highly recommend that you do not do this.

Rule 34 is an internet concept meaning that if something exists in real life, or is made up, there will be a pornographic depiction of it. This includes cartoons, celebrities, and objects, and in some cases, these depictions go well beyond usual themes found in mainstream pornography.

Funny joke though.

google donald trump big thick ass dump truck plap plap plap oiled up tweeting jiggling booty twerk vids for more information on the verdict

I mean.
Cartoon design is based off of 70s/80s fashion
So, it’s not wrong.
It’s rather likely

I’d like to add dickey collars for consideration.

I can picture him having an entire drawer devoted to an assortment of these, right next to his drawer full of ascots.

May I present this image from Legend of the Vampire?

barring that palestinian queers have and will always exist and to deem an entire group of people as being inherently homophobic is a fucked line of thinking, i do not support palestine because i happen to agree with their politics or because i expect palestinians to lay their life for me. i support palestine because genocide is, and will always be wrong, because i do not need a reciprocation for me to fucking loathe oppression and colonialism, and it scares me that many of you do not truly believe in liberation of the oppressed.
