It wasn’t something that he would do in a normal circumstance, but times were different and Gabby was making him go insane with this arson case. he stood outside matt’s office, taking a few moments to check his phone to see if gab had sent him any messages, smiling at her most recent text and in the middle of reply when he heard the other say his name. he looked up, a quick smile on his face as a greeting. he paused at the question, taking a few seconds to mull over the answer before shrugging.     ❝     maybe..... five or six. could be seven. i don’t know, i think your gabby is a little more rought around the edges. but in a totally good way, you know ? in the end they just wanna help people and all, i think. gariela and the whole paramedic thing, gabs wants to be a doctor, so, similar -ish. both just good people, too. smart. my mom says gabi has a good head on her shoulders, whatever that means, but it’s the same for your gabriela and --- why ?     ❞
