ignore the title of this google doc because it's a long story but it's a really solid recipe for southwest chicken alfredo

this is a vegetarian potato curry recipe that's about 75% spices; once you get the potatoes in there you can really do whatever you want with it

this is literally just pasta, broccoli, and cheese babey and you can live off that shit for DAYS it makes such a big portion

bro this spinach/pesto/3 cheese flatbread is so fucking tasty bro

also you can make the flatbread yourself it's super quick!!

oh hey I'm eating this white chickpea chili right now, much like the curry it's mostly spices and you can do p much do whatever you want with it

don't let the name fool you these potatoes are delicious any time. not just breakfast.

this is slightly more than five ingredient when you add them together but if you have time and really wanna fuckin treat yourself I recommend these chicken strips + this cornbread + either these potatoes or these buttered veggies on the side.

These are my two favorite comfort foods. They're very easy to make and dont take long to cook.

this recipe for gogumabap (sweet potato and rice) saved my life when i couldn't eat hardly anything for a long time. the recipe itself calls for a heavy bottomed pot but you can absolutely use a rice cooker and put the rice and diced sweet potato in together and just let the machine do its thing

sorry you were being tortured but if it's any consolation this was incredibly hot

the whole backstory of rhys and taika being cast in ofmd is so bizarre to me like you hear that the two of them are starring in a show together and think oh they must have approached/been approached by the show together as friends and frequent collaborators, but no, taika gets involved in the show in a non-acting capacity, rhys hears about it and thinks “what a fascinating story i’m going to research this historical figure entirely out of personal interest and curiosity for my friend’s new show that i am not remotely involved in” while they’re auditioning a bunch of people for stede and nobody’s getting it right and david jenkins is saying “i want him to be just like murray from flight of the conchords played by your good buddy rhys darby” and even after all that rhys still has to audition for the role just like anybody else which tbf idk how common it is to just get offered a role vs auditioning for it but i am glad in a way that rhys did audition and prove his worth rather than just get the role through cronyism or whatever but ANYWAY somehow he’s the only actor to actually Get stede bonnet and do the part justice, meanwhile they still haven’t cast a blackbeard but david starts writing the part with taika in mind and taika’s finding fault with every person auditioning for blackbeard until finally david’s like ok do you wanna do it and taika’s like yes.  and then they were the two most perfect people in the world for those roles.
