Story: A long time ago, the planet Landis was a planet that was home to many amazing minerals. For a time it was a peaceful world where the people that lived there would farm the minerals they needed and sell what they didn't off to the traders that came.
Of course, this world also had a special way of life that certain individuals that were born there could be a part of...
Geomancy.
A form of magic on this planet that connected the user of the magic with the very planet itself. How one got this was from being born with the blessing of Landis. The planet itself seemed to have a mind of it's own and picked out certain individuals to become a geomancer. Once they show the talent for their magic. The individual is sent off to meet with others at a small school. As there aren't many that get to be born with this talent. Pit was sent to this school as he was born with this talent.. And he rose through the ranks quickly. Faster than his peers at his age and soon enough he was a master at an early age. Which was both a blessing and a curse, a blessing to continue learning and strive to become a rising star of geomancy. A curse.. Of naiveté as well.
Throughout his life as a master geomancer he learned so much about life, the world, and the universe beyond their planet. Upon all this a faithful day came. A day when the IPC wanted to help the people of Landis grow and flourish.. What sweet words they promised. The leaders converged and spoke together. The master geomancers and the leader of the large city. The only city on the small mineral filled planet, and they spoke. The leader of the city didn't like what the IPC offered, and some of the master's didn't either. Pit? He thought they were good people, after all his masters and the people of Landis were pacifists. His whole life he only ever struck down monsters. He never got into an altercation with a human being, or as Pit likes to think.. A way to be reasoned with, empathy and such emotions.
This where the downfall of his land begins. Pit convinced his fellow masters, and the people of Landis to 'Give the IPC a chance'. Soon, the IPC came and started taking a lot more than they promised. While only offering so little in return. The masters would confront them but they blew them off. This would continue for many months until the city leader and the masters came together one more time. This time they were taken to meet a higher up of IPC that was in control of their world. The masters, Pit and the leader tried to talk it out with the higher up, but to no avail. In fact.. This is where it was shown that there were many 'incidents' that the people of Landis were 'attacking innocent' IPC miners. Which wasn't true at all and everyone knew that. This infuriated Pit and the others. Pit was the most hurt.. After all, he was the one that trusted the IPC the most.
Soon plenty of the people were leaving Landis.. Setting off into the cosmos to find a new home, new work, a new life that wasn't here. This would be a blessing in disguise as it would at least allow for the true history of Landis to be written down as what happened after many of the people left.. Made Pit act. This act was the final downfall of his home.
A last act of defiance against the IPC. Pit would use his magic to block off the mines. What Pit didn't know was he locked in some IPC miners.. Which to the IPC was an act of violence. So this would lead to them waging an attack on the town and the people. Pit would be there to watch it all with his masters. They saw the people of Landis being killed and captured. Pit felt intense regret from all of this, and he hated it so much. He really hated it, he hated how this was all his fault. He let Landis fall. The masters would surrender themselves in order to save the people. They were captured and taken to prison. To Pit's surprise the masters didn't blame him, they blamed themselves mainly. After all, Pit was just a naïve young master that just wanted to see the good in people like they did years before. After some time they were brought to the IPC figure head once more and offered to be let free at the price of giving up the planet to them. Their people will be left alone and they will be freed, all at the expense of their total surrender. They took the offer.
At this point Pit would stare at the devastation that the IPC caused. The town was practically razed, the people left to rebuild what they could and the home of the geomancers was totally destroyed. All the young geomancers had left after all this, due to their hatred for the masters.. Especially Pit. Pit knew he had to leave, and the masters all agreed that they had to leave too. So they did, they bid farewell to their home and set out to the stars. Each master going a different way in their own ship. Pit set off in his own and said he'd learn from this.. To never have another Landis incident again.
Hundreds of years have past, after all the Landis geomancers had learned to keep themselves young. Some would call this 'immortality'. No, this was the ability to be ageless. Pit hates immortality and finds that people who want to truly be immortal as pathetic. He knows he will die, and accepts that. His time hasn't come yet. He just will not perish due to aging. How does he prevent himself from doing that? He breaks down his cells in his body and restores them constantly, akin to treating himself like he is living stone. After all, he is a master geomancer. He can repair stone.
To this day he travels from planet to planet, meeting and greeting people. He still keeps to his Pacifist ways and truly believes in the good of people. He just knows that the IPC are never to be trusted. He doesn't hold truly any ill will, those feelings past many years ago.
Abilities:
Depending on the enemy type, Pit will have two different skill sets. As a pacifist Pit will not harm enemies he deems as 'can be reasoned with' this includes humans, some robots, and many more. Of course monsters like the antimatter legion and such will result in him fighting.
He is both a support tank and a DPS
His kit as a DPS.
Basic attack: Fist of earth - Type: Single target - A simple one hit physical attack, it also inflicts taunt on the enemy. Skill: Breaching Landis - Type: AoE - Pit slams his fists into the ground causing an upheaval of rock to hit the enemies. Granting himself a shield and debuffing the enemies with a taunt. Note: Pit will not hit enemies deemed as 'can be reasoned with' with this attack even if it would normally hit them. Ultimate: Terra Nova - Type: AoE - Pit jumps into the air holding a ball of earthen energy and then comes crashing down onto the enemy dealing large physical damage to all the enemies. He also grants himself a large shield and debuffs the enemies with a three turn taunt. Note: Pit will not hit enemies deemed as 'can be reasoned with' with this attack even if it would normally hit them.
His kit as a support tank.
Basic 'attack': Healing of Landis - Type: Restore - Pit targets one of his team members and heals them a moderate amount of HP. Skill: Landis's protection - Type: Defense - Pit heals his entire team and then gives them a shield. Ultimate: The strength of a mountain - Type: Defense - Pit applies 'All eyes on me' a special debuff that acts like a taunt for three turns. This debuff turns all attacks, aoe included into attacks that only focus Pit. Pit then gains a massive shield for himself and takes less damage for the three turns 'All eyes on me' is up.
Talent: Landis's Will - Type: Impair - Pit has a chance each turn to apply a debuff on 'can be reasoned with' type enemies. Lowering their attack, or defense, or speed for one turn.
