Idk who needs to hear this but if you have phone anxiety you gotta learn to just make the phone call anyway.

Whether it's an appointment, billing, looking for answers, dealing with government forms, etc. The anxiety is almost always worse than the actual call and 99% of the time your problems will be resolved so much faster than any other method. Fucked up but true.

#i spent 30 mins trying to find answers on the bmv crappy gov website#and thought I'd have to mail them a letter#when a literal 30 second phone call resolved everything for me#ditto for like health care shit#government websites always suck ass just call them
