Fundraiser masterpost

This is a masterpost for the evacuation fundraisers I've vetted so far, a few other fundraisers I find trustworthy but have not been able to vet (inability to communicate with the organizer), and a few semi-completed fundraisers or fundraisers for a different purpose (like house rebuilding, or aid distribution). The numbers next to the names have no significance beyond ease of navigation for me for when I check their progress in the future. You should look at the disclaimers instead and focus on those. Occasionally I will update these with new info, including new fundraisers, and the amount of cash that's been raised. Check in regularly on the original post when you see it being reblogged. In all likelihood once its reached you it's already outdated. Also please don't overlook the Sustainable Aid options near the bottom! The brain drain is already creating problems but having another way of keeping or creating new knowledge and key members of a functioning society is important. Latest update: 16/04/2024.

Maternity kits, medical threads and scissors, water testing kits, anesthetics, mobile desalination units, etc do you see the pattern? Israel is not only starving the people of Gaza but it also wants to ensure the spread of disease through contaminated water and surgical tools, as well as ensuring injured Palestinians suffer through horrendous pain.

It's beyond sickening.

Continued from this post. Warning: minor language.

No, but like, what if that rumor/threat gives Tony the idea to use her as an interrogation tool for the other prisoners, putting them in a kind of shark cage and slowly lowering them into the water.

"I'm not actually going to let her eat them, Steve. I'm not a monster."

"No, you just think she's one." Steve crosses his arms over his chest, looking fondly at the bizarre deep sea creature he's spent so much time with over the last few days.

"Fishfucker says what," Tony mutters.

Steve, of course, has enhanced hearing and doesn't take the bait. He simply tilts his head and raises an eyebrow, lips pulled into a tight judging line.

"Lan-goo-idge," you sound out from beyond the plexiglass, blinking repeatedly and shaking your head in fake disapproval.

Tony's mouth drops open, eyes the size of dinner plates. His head snaps back to see Steve barely containing a chuckle, the man's own eyes now radiating pride.

Pretty much no more lead in needed...warnings for...idek, long-windedness? more uselessly thought-out details? Still no real editing in sight. Lots of fun with this one though because it's basically Steve Rogers needs a hug.

The Raft holds the worst of the worst: villains, inhuman, and aliens too dangerous to ever leave. Rehabilitation is not the goal. Containment is.

It's usually during the first few days or weeks after a prisoner arrives that most useful intel can be extracted, and Steve understands that process is necessary. Extraction, however, isn't supposed to mean certain types of torture.

The deep, hollow thudding turns him away from Bucky as they make their way down the hall. Steve stops cold to listen. The noise could just be distorted boots on the metal walkways and stairs. Echoes do strange things in this floating isolation tank.

The sound doesn't stop. Instead, it's coupled with an enormous, gargling scream. Last time he checked, they don't extract information by almost drowning prisoners.

Damn it. He warned Tony to keep an eye on Ross and his henchmen. He knew they'd try to skirt the rules.

The bubbling stops as Steve stomps down a dark corridor, searching, until he can hear from the echoes and airflow that he's reached an end room. Automatically, his hand swipes the wall for the light switch.
