No. He gets room and board, but (to the best of my knowledge) there's no evidence the Kingsguard gets paid. There's some fan speculation they get a little pocket money to spend in the city on their days off, like to buy lunch at a tavern. But substantive pay makes no sense when all your living expenses are covered, you can't own lands, and have no kids to leave inheritance to.
