Who are The Rose exactly? Have they debuted yet?

Since there’s nothing about The Rose on Tumblr, I’ll try to write as much of what I know about them as I can lol I honestly barely know anything about them because they don’t have any fansites and there are no translated stuff on them as well. Even the bio and captions on their company’s instagram account is written purely in Korean as well.

The Rose, previously called Windfall (if you’re a DAY6 fan and have kept yourself up-to-date with Junhyeok’s whereabouts after he left, you may know this band as the one Junhyeok first performed with after leaving DAY6), is a 4 member South Korean indie band. I’m not sure if they’ve actually officially debuted but they’ve been busking and have been performing in clubs and festivals.  

Kim Woo Sung (also called Sammy - I’m more used to his Korean name because of Kpop Star lol) is a guitarist and vocalist of the band. He was the last member to join the band. The band has already been quite active as a 3-member group before he joined. His instagram username is iwoosung. 박도준/Park Do Joon is another guitarist and vocalist (ig: parclassic). 이재형/Lee Jae Hyung is the bassist of the band (ig: gud0011) and 이하준/Lee Ha Joon is the drummer (ig: true6747). Their company ig page says only Kim Woo Sung and Park Do Joon are vocalists but I’ve seen the other two sing in several performances as well. Definitely check out their instagram accounts because they’re pretty active on it. I just love how real their accounts are and you can definitely see a more personal side to them. They also post some photos and videos from their band practice which are fun to see.

If you search 윈드폴 on Youtube, you’ll see quite a few videos of them from before Kim Woosung joined the band. They’ve done a few really good covers such as Jason Mraz’s Live High, iKon’s Apology and Roy Kim’s Bom Bom Bom. They’ve even covered DAY6′s Congratulations before as well! :)
