My take on these stupid disputes every fanbase of every medium loves to engage each other in...
People have been watching a livestream of a static and boring forest for 17 hours straight just to see a variant of an already existing Pokemon...
I don't know if this is sad, funny, infuriating, stupid, or all four
shadowbearing: Can I ask why? I've only played DMC4SE and I don't know the differences between it and the original release.

What i’m about to say is MY OPINION, so if you enjoyed the game or disagree don’t take it personally, This applies to both Vanilla and SE DMC4, Because right off the bat, the only difference between both is the amount of playable characters
Straight up, I DESPISED Nero (Until DMC5 where i actually really liked him) Whiny, Loud, Stupid, Generic and every bit of an unlikeable prick, Helping an obviously evil group from the beginning until his story shifts from that to rescuing Kyrie, or as i like to call her “Damsel in Distress #354”, There’s nothing to her other than “Being Kind” and is pretty much there just to conveniently show up when Nero beats her brother up and be shocked as Agnus uses her a shield. The story was just a mess, with Agnus and Dante being the only saving graces, And it got worse when in DMC5 Credo’s death was treated as this incredibly scarring moment in Nero’s life, yet in the game where he died, is shrugged off as if nothing ever happened
Also, Nero to me was really bland gameplay-wise, Incredibly limited moveset and powers, and after playing with him for a few hours he gets tiresome specially with the Dice bits (And don’t even get me started with the Proud Souls)...
And then there the second half of the game, or to be more precise, THE FIRST HALF BACKWARDS, this is something i still can’t get over, i have no problem with backtracking in games most of the times, but this is just ridiculous, literally the same first half of the game backwards from the Savior’s Chapel to Fortuna’s Church, with higher difficulty, the same bland bosses and a couple of new weapons like Pandora and Lucifer (Which are the perfect example of weapons that look cool but are not fun to use), it was actually painful, and had to take more than one break during my first playthrough
Special Edition ONLY added 3 new characters, and that’s the only reason why i prefer it, because Lady, Trish and Vergil are way, WAY more fun to play as than Dante and Nero combined... but that’s it, SE didn’t make it a good game, it made it a tolerable game, but the core problem’s of the original are still there, is not like DmC Definitive Edition, which actually improved a lot over the original, DMC4SE is the equivalent as going to the shop to buy the exact same things you do daily but with a different car
Oof, sorry about that, i kinda get heated up when talking about one of my favorite franchises
I feel like i’m the only person who thinks that Vanilla Devil May Cry 4 is the worst game in the series, even worse than Vanilla DmC and DMC2
Thoughts on the Blazblue Cross Tag Battle reveal:
- Still no Arcade Mode or actual content, the arcade machines at the lobby are stil fucking worthless
- Character Select Screen looks 10 times worse if that was even fucking possible
- They mashed the new series reps in one row, effectively alluding that every new franchise introduced will feature only one or two reps
- Blitztank looks boring as fuck just like in Blitzkampf, He’s nothing but a walking meme, and people only like it for that and that alone
- FUCKING SUSANOO? SERIOUSLY?!

That Hurricane Dorian post reminded me. For a long time, I had no idea you actually lived in Mexico. I remembered you saying you were Mexican once, but I thought you meant Mexican-American. If I had known, I would have asked if you were okay after that large earthquake a while back.
Yeah, i’m 100% Mexican, never been out of the Country in fact, The earthquake was in the Federal District and i’m currently living in Jalisco so i was considerably away of the epicentre, still doesn’t change how horrible it was and how paranoic a lot of us became after that... These things just happen so suddenly, we sometimes take our luck for granted
