@eurigmorgan We learned in English class that George Bernard Shaw was happily married for forty sexless years. The reaction from the class was incredulity, to say the least. I would say that awareness of asexuality is pretty much nonexistent. I bet even people who have no problem with homosexuality still largely believe that you can’t go without sex for any extended length of time without shriveling up and dying. Or going mad.

As someone who identifies as asexual, I'm actually not surprised at the lack of awareness. I came out to a group of students at school who asked why I was vice president of my school's GSA club, but when I told them I was asexual, they casually tried to pretend that it wasn't a sexuality. Apparently being asexual just means you can't get any good dick or vagina, so you refuse to have sex. I want people to realize that this is me, not some made up sexuality in an attempt to get attention.

Hello Hello everyone!! It’s a really late night post (technically early morning), but it’s for a good reason. I was accepted into a summer conservatory by the name of AMDA Summer Conservatory. AMDA is a performing arts college that has an annual conservatory in order to better educate high schoolers who are interested in this field of study! As someone not only interested in literature, but also musical theater, I was ecstatic to find out that I was accepted. Although, tuition is extremely expensive (Without Housing its around $3,575) That’s where you come in! Y'all can help me my donating to my cause!
