Always thought that he has short hair but I can kinda see the long hair
She has! Eris is described in ACOWAR & ACOSF as having long hair, she never says how long but does mention it being bound once (I assume in a tonytail/braid type thing).
Judging from the few times sjm mentions Eris' hair she notes that it is long, I imagine it is shorter than Luciens but at least long enough to tie up!
She also never specifies texture but I always imagine it wavy.
