I would recommend it if you read and liked the original novel. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the art style and theres been some character designs that differ heavily from the book, which I'm not really a fan of, but all in all it's a fun read.

I do like the subtle hints to the musical that have been included, but there's also alot of things that are missing that make the story fall pretty flat and make it kinda confusing. For example Jeremy's parents don't exist at all.

So yeah, if you liked the novel it's definitely worth checking out.

  • christine is just insane and it’s amazing

  • when mr heere walks in michael falls over and just,,, freezes
  • the SQUIP
  • madeleine dissapeared, but brooke’s french was explained
  • the mall characters were the same
  • dO yOu waNNA riDe
  • brooke was adorable
  • upgrade was GORGEOUS
  • they took out the “i’m tired of being the person that everyone thinks that i am” thing
  • loser geek whatever blends BACK into upgrade
  • SCOTT FALCON IS SO POWERFULL
  • the squip’s COSTUMES
  • christine has a shorter dress in halloween
  • MICHAEL IN THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING

  • the secrecy around smoking pot is amazing
