all we have sometimes is a choice

their bodies had never known of drought rather an abundance of liquid first taste was umbilical fluid choking on the waters of their mothers slowly becoming 'the daughters who wailed' never crying wolf but always weeping mourning for all those who refused to do so demanding justice with the outpouring of their truths watering the seeds of new beginnings releasing repressed energies transforming even their anger had steam their fear and adrenaline had that warm salty kind of sweat their passion had moisture they spent more nights than not more minutes in the day more moments of their dreams swimming in pools of their own tears pools of forgiveness of ablution of Divine favour and every time the storm came they were ravaged broken and beat knowing that you can not buy flood insurance in places where it is known to flood accepting that the perceived vicious cycle was rather opportunity

Brilliant Film 💜💖 Repost & Recommendation of @nasim_asgari "does she love you?" -yes. "did she say so?" -no "so how do you know?" -well...each time she returns my books, there are flowers inside. "what kind of books do you lend her?" -novels, poetry, books on science, computing... "does she read them?" -of course she does. "does she? have you asked her? -i can see she's underlined the good bits. "does she want to save mankind too?" -yes. "how do you know?" -by the sentences she underlines. "is that enough to know she wants to save mankind?" -yes. نون و گلدون/a moment of innocence mohsen makhmalbaf, 1996 [shoutout to @afsharadam for the video, been trying to catch glimpses of this film since i haven't been able to find it]

Can't stop. Won't stop. Subhanallah, Glory be to God. Grateful for the work that is being done & manifested. Grateful for the community that is building & growing. Grateful to my fellow journeyours. Via @natoya_hall: "Energy Update: We've had some intense Dimensional and Timeline jumping the past few days sweeping away old grids on Earth and within. It has been HUGE on an energetic level and when this happens I have to retreat to take it all in and let my system adjust. Feeling out of it, disoriented, hard to speak or communicate as our Nervous System is being affected, blurry and sharp vision, old fears, sickness, and anxieties coming up to be cleared once and for all. Feeling like a zombie as some have described it! My senses have gone up a 100%; I didn't think it was possible! We are awakening at a RAPID speed right now so HANG ON! Major changes are happening and we are no longer in a 3rd Dimensional reality. We think it and it's manifesting INSTANTLY now. Be so careful of your thoughts and your intentions; now is the time you've been waiting for to change your life, the energy is RIPE for abundant movements! When we clear this fast a lot of old crap comes up to be transmuted so a lot of people have been depressed, anxious, panicky, can't seem to be "here", in and out of different realities and timelines. If we are not grounded or taking time to rest and recalibrate it can make us feel like we are losing our shit so GROUND, have time alone to talk to your Higher Self and Spirit. My team has been walking me through this and showing me whats happening and Star Family it is so MASSIVE whats coming in right now. It's time to get excited! I'm guided to say, stay out of fear and worry. You don't have to know the future or the steps to be taken because you are CREATING it as your consciousness changes and resides in a higher timeline....THIS.IS.HUGE. TRUST the process. Stay in your power and allow JOY to take over and lead you towards your new life. We are heading into a time like never before..."

"When you speak from the mind, from the past, you already know what you are going to say. It's dead! It's not even alive for you, so how do you expect it to be alive for other beings? You have to come fresh, from that place.  The mind is afraid of that place. It is always rehearsing, wanting to be brave. Trying to remember its best tricks.  You have to come from nowhere. It is very simple. Then it is not like you are speaking as a person.  If you want to be One with Truth, you must disappear." #Mooji

Prayer

Prayer is not merely a chore or a daily requirement. It is not a key for one’s entrance to heaven, nor does it promise such a notion. It is key to recognize the habitual act of the salat as a mean to be Present and connected to the heavens and cosmos at a particular time. In a sense, the occurrence of the salat at such metaphysically critical hours is to assert and remind us of our connections to the macrocosm.

The five daily prayers in Islam occur at pivotal points of the day- before sunrise, noon, before sunset, sunset, and post-sunset. Traditional cosmology and astrology have noticed a certain cosmic opening during these hours. There is no doubt that this is the reason behind the prayers being fixed in such a pattern. In fact, if one even looks at the Hindu tradition , its prayers and meditation methods are designated at similar hours , with a particular emphasis on the practice of mantras and meditation before sunrise.

Ultimately, the salat is a cosmic invitation to the infinite abode during the sacred times of the day. It is best for one to initiate the prayers right around the time of the azaan, to ensure that the flowing grace and light reaches the soul. We can always makeup the prayers if missed or forgotten, but in a sense when one has missed out on this time of sacred opening, one has missed to be Present. Salat is not a checklist that has to be marked off, rather it is a practice for those who wish to feel the pull of the universe right here, right now, in its own sacred manner.

Thus, I ask you to open your hearts to the cosmic pull and engage in the sacral opening during the times of salat. Be conscious of your intertwinement to existence, from a single particle to the infinite stars, and learn to cherish the moment rather than view it as a requirement. Feel the vibration of the words throughout every limb, experience the endless capacity of the soul within the finite body, and soak yourself into the showering grace of that time.

Once again, I reiterate that the five daily prayers are ringing bells to remind us of our existence. We have five official opportunities on a daily basis to  be aware of this eternal consciousness, and if a prayer is missed, then there is an opportunity for the next. Do not allow these simple and abundant reminders to go to waste. The salat is not a system or a requirement for being a good Muslim, but transcends all of those parameters. It is a merciful call from our Creator over and over again. So be Present- feel the energy of the stars and heavens, tune in to the holy sound of the azaan, be united with your Lord here and now— that is really all that it is about, and God knows best.

Ya Allah swt, protect our hearts from losing faith in the reality. Ya Allah swt, guide us back to you. Ya Allah swt, remove our suffering. Ya Allah swt, give us the strength to overcome the injustice of the unjust, the violence of the violent, the hatred of the haters, the oppression of the oppressors. Ya Allah swt, help us to always choose love. Ya Allah swt, allow us to submit to Your Will. Ya Allah swt, allow us not to be fooled, consumed, or distracted by this Dunya (world). Ya Allah swt, remind us there is no separation when we forget. Ya Allah swt, forgive is for our negligence of our own souls and our apathy towards others. Ya Allah, Ya Allah, Ya Allah.
