For those who don’t have context— Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire and launched attacks in Artsakh.
I was at the US embassy today for meetings and they specifically said that “Azerbaijan has restarted the war.”
Further context: Armenia’s Independence Day is on Thursday (9/21). Doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me that the Azeris chose to do this now.
