Stream Anne With An E Season 3 on Netflix

Anne with an E season 3 comes out tomorrow, and this is a reminder that if you want to save our show, WATCH IT.

- Netflix generally cancels shows after their 2nd or 3rd season. The reason for this is that releasing a new show brings in more subscriptions and higher viewing numbers than adding more seasons onto an already existing show. This is also most likely the reason they cancelled AnnE.

- When s3 comes out, MAKE SURE YOU STREAM IT. Even if you’ve already watched season 3 on another platform, please please PLEASE stream it anyway. If you don’t have Netflix, use the free trial, then cancel your subscription (this is actually a really helpful thing to do, as Netflix basically measures the worth of shows by how many subscribers they bring in). Play it on your phone, on your TV on mute, I don’t care. Just make sure you stream it.

- Watch it as SOON AS POSSIBLE. If we can get the viewing numbers for the initial release high enough, Netflix might consider it worth renewing (it’s a long shot, I know, but it could be worth it). Try and stream it the moment it comes out, if you can.

- Tell your friends and family to watch it. THE MORE PEOPLE, THE BETTER. Reblog AnnE-related posts. Spread the word, keep using the #renewannewithane and #saveannewithane hashtags. Post nonstop, tag Netflix in everything, BE ANNOYING. NETFLIX DESERVES IT.

I know many people stopped fighting for AWAE renewal for many different reasons. Whether it’s because you lost hope, or you needed to stay away because of your health or work/school responsibilities or you just don’t really care that much anymore… that’s all valid.

BUT January 3rd is coming and it’s our big chance. More than month later we’re still trending, there were articles written about us, the show is being constantly compared to Little Women, thanks to our campaign many new people are discovering the show, amazing team of people is running a fan-funded marketing campaign that is reaching thousands of people on social media, people are printing self-made posters and cards and they’re promoting the show locally, Disney+ is communicating with us for whatever reason…. Moira is suspiciously quiet and she didn’t even post when trailer came out or when the soundtrack was released. I’m not saying it means something but…

Anyway, please find some time to come back to Twitter on January 3rd to show the same strength we did back in November when we reached 1M tweets in ONE day. The hope really isn’t lost, and that day is crucial.
