You did an excellent job as Agent Stone in the Sonic film! It's hard to be a sidekick to Jim Carrey, buy by golly, you pulled it off. How hard was it to stay neutral during the filming?

How does it feel being permanently engraved in the sonic fandom universe?
It's an absolute dream come true. So surreal.
When I first started pursuing this dream, I wasn't in the healthiest place; spiritually, mentally, or emotionally. I had all these expectations out of life & I'd react so negatively when it didn't go my way. It was all about me. "Why me?" "Why not me?" "What's wrong with me?" I wanted the money, the car, the huge house. I'm so grateful life did not give me what I THOUGHT I wanted back then. Because all of that "stuff" would've never brought me joy, or peace, or love. I needed to take care of me first. To heal. To better myself. I needed to learn that there is so much more to life than the material things. So much more to life than just "me". The universe knows. I truly believe that once I started working on bettering myself, taking responsibility for my actions, & working on helping others my career started to move forward. Relationships began to grow. I could finally look in the mirror & respect the person looking back at me. It's taken a lot of work & continues to do so. I have joy, love, peace, & serenity in my life today. With that also comes sadness, anger, & frustration. That's ok. Because I know I'm not in control. I'm not alone. We're in this together. To anyone struggling today... Life can be hard. Sometimes it feels like nothing is going right. Like it's hard to just get out of bed. That's ok. Just know that there are magical things in store for you that you can't see right now. Just keep going. Had you told me 10 years ago I would have the opportunities I've had, I wouldn't have believed you. I've had the honor of embodying characters that have given a voice to those who have felt voiceless. I've worked on sets with wonderful human beings. I've worked with people I looked up to when I was young, who kept me inspired & made me feel like there was hope in this life... & to persevere. I'm grateful for the life I get to live... with all its ups & downs. I'm so grateful for all the support from friends, family, & fans. I love you all, deeply. I would not be here without you. I can't wait to see where 2020 takes us. Happy New Year. ♡
