Our vet clinic cat Bob greets me like this every morning when I let him out for the day. He knows how to open doors so we have to keep him in a cage overnight, or else he will eat the fish in our fishbowls! Best part of my mornings.

every time i have a manic episode i blow like $500 on supplies for some random activity like yes this will be the hobby that saves me

PSA ! if u search 'hobby swap' 'neurodivergent hobby swap' or 'adhd hobby swap' on facebook there are tons of groups where u can trade supplies from ur old abandoned hyperfixation hobbies so they don't go to waste
