Utena showing up to various Ohtori sports events and ruining people’s lives by absolutely dunking on them will never not be hilarious. She’s using the leg gains from walking up the ZUM staircase to get better at soccer not to join the team but just to make them regret their life decisions. Only reason why she hasn’t joined the fencing club on shits and giggles basis is because she has enough swordfighting on a weekly basis by a long shot, which is probably for the best because at least half the club would start desiring her carnally if she did join

I am not and never was a "content creator" I am an artist who made art, me and my art don't exist exclussively to be consumed and tossed aside. What I do matters

this is for you too. You don't only exist and churn out "content" to please a shitty algorithm you are a person who engages in creative endeavors which are indispensible for your mental health and deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation even when you don't

also not to be a cynical cunt but art is super badly paid. don't try to make a living out of it in this climate you'll only end up exploited, burned out at best and dead from overworking at worst. your passion shouldn't be a reason to overlook your health and safety

Actually I'm not done. I know you want to get lots of attention on your art and have lots of notes and even make a living out of it. I know you think you have no other choice than enter the machine that chews up artists and spits out their husks. But you are worth so, SO much more than all those notes and follows and even so much more than that money you might get. And trust me, it isn't a lot of money-I am an artist, and my mother is an artist and I grew up on her artist salary. We were poor. She worked over time every day. She got fired with no benefits after 25 years of working to maintain me. Nobody appreciates artists, they WILL exploit you, they WILL abuse you, it's not a matter of if but of WHEN. PUT YOURSELF FIRST.
