Under Counter Washer & Dryer

This has been requested a lot so it is about time I made it happen! The basic look of the objects is roughly the same. I did resize it and remove parts of the base to make it work under counters. To place it in the world, it is similar to how you would place a washing machine - it requires a counter to go into

Functionally, the objects are identical to the originals. This just gives you the ability to actually build a laundry room using counters etc. This does not override the originals so you can still use those in other builds if you would like.

The cutouts are clean and pretty! Everything sized precisely for a clean look all around ♥️

For many, many years I played The Sims 4 without custom content. Those days were alright, but when I discovered cc — it was like I was playing a whole new game. I want to create a list for other Simmers, starting or continuing their cc journeys. It’ll start as a simple list, but over time I’ll be popping back in to make it better, with links to make these folks easier to find and support. Currently, this list will be in the order that I’ve found creators in. There is some mature content in the list.

Always remember to respect the makers — get downloads from the original makers, follow TOUs, support Patreons if you can!

I was going for something fancier than for previous models, like with the famous lips phones (I so have a Sims household NEEDING this one! :D), but I soon felt the need for super boring and serious work phones too, so… here’s a mix. Plus wall phones. Honestly, my “inspiration folder” contains many more phones, so I might make more in the future, if you’re not totally fed up with them already! :D

I’m so sorry to ask but please help if possible!!!

I’m behind on gas by $56.96 and they’re threatening to turn off my gas by the November 1st if I don’t pay and they are not willing to work with me for a payment plan. I do not get paid again until November 16th and i need some help with getting funding my appointment with a neurologist to see why I keep having these insane migraines. Rooting For You Plant Set

It’s finally done! The Rooting For You Plant Set comes with TWENTY plants!! I couldn’t control myself and kept adding onto it. There is lots of variation in this set with succulents, flowers, your standard greens, and even a few perfect for kids! All of the plants are base game compatible! There are lots of swatches on each of these but I only showed one each for these preview pics. The mason jar on the wall is compatible with the pegboard set so it can go on the wall or on a pegboard. All of these can be placed on a surface as decor or on the ground. Annnnddd these are designed to scale to feel free to use 0 or 9 to size as you please (without leaving a huge dark spot in your game).

Last (?) update for the toddlers, now with kinda-functional playpens. Sims can’t directly take the children out, but they can put the playpen into their inventory. Better than nothing! :)
