Man... I jump on Tumblr after months and months... and get hit all up in the feels when seeing ships I eagerly gave my heart to for YEARS. Now I have this uncomfortable ache filling my chest.
My summer is being filled with beaucoup reading. A specific topic of a story I finished today had me reminiscent of one of my fics that covered the same topic. That being said... I re-read some of that fic, which had me browsing another one of my fics.
Just now, reading over it, I instantly had this memory of what it was like to edit my fic with my beta. The current atmosphere of my room is also reminiscent of late nights, sitting in a doc, writing, poring over highlighted comments left for me. And then... also being a beta. Going in and squealing over portions of my friend’s fic that left me floored.
Oh my God, it’s been years. That was a really fun time, some years ago. I mean, I was still in school back then, so it’s been a while.
Anyway, there’s this great feeling rumbling around in my chest right now. I had a very cool group of eclectic friends here once upon a time (pun not intended). And I just enjoyed the walk down memory lane, if only for a moment.

Me, finding out Pitch might come back:
The fact that cast mates are tweeting about the possibility gives me life, no matter if it happens or not. Pitch was an amazing show, and I still watch and read it to this day.
