I really need everyone to take a moment and if you haven't already come to terms that TS is first and foremost out to make money/is a capitalist/looking out for her own pocketbook first, you need to look at ALL OF THE THINGS she has trademarked and copywritten and all of that.

How many small businesses she's sent C&Ds to? Just someone in the middle of nowhere making a little money with their cricut cutter and an iron in their living room getting slammed with a scary lawyer letter. (Do you know that TS has the shape of the eras tour stage trademarked? Had a very lovely swiftie friend that makes things in her garage find that out the hard way.)

There are so many things that I have like...bubbled up in my throat about her ok? That I know I would just be screaming into the void about. And I know I have friends who appreciate her music and can relate to it and whatever. Hardcore swiftie friends, I don't want to hurt you.

But I know many people who are like "I'm afraid of the day xyz person is gonna give me the ick." With Taylor it's just like...one fucking icky domino after another.

so crazy to me that someone can say “I’ve been in this fandom for a month I’ve been in it for pretty long” like no girliepop it is NOT long. there are people out there who’ve been abnormal about their blorbos for DECADES; a month is naught but a speck of lint on the fandom dedication timeline. you are lying to yourself.
