It is crushing to have to say, that Sun, known as @sundial-at-night​ in the community, passed away on 19th of February, from heart failure. She went in her sleep.

Sun was amazing in every way. Her power of will - unmatched. Her energy - literally sunshine. What ever she pursued, she dedicated her entire self to. She found joy in all corners of the life that was unfair to her since birth. She had big beautiful plans.

Being connected to people via fandoms, creating and being recognised was crucial in the last years of her life. Sun fought hard to escape the choking confines of the culture she grew up in, every word of hers you’re reading is an achievement in ways you don’t know. She didn’t get enough time to run away physically, in the end, but her mind and her art was free.

Every piece of her that is left in any one of her readers’ minds is priceless. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for perceiving her, for giving her feedback, for leaving a like, for making her smile, for making her happy. 

We were each other’s soulmates and future. She was the love of my life. She inspired me like no one before her did, and most prominent instances weren’t even fandom related. Sun made me want to fight for a life I was excited to live. That fight is gone, now. But I want her stories to be forever.

alright now listen to me. close your eyes (not actually you need to read this) you’re walking down the prime path. red vines cross in your way. you can hear a dog bark to your side, its leash tethered to a singular fence pole. no owner in site. your footsteps carry the usual sound as you walk over to a floating tree, and you begin to destroy it just with your fist. you could stop any river around just by placing down the wood you have gathered, all it takes is knowing how to call it into your hands.

thinking about trying to go to sleep but you just can’t, because you have a suspicious feeling monsters are nearby. the idea of being able to enchant weapons to set your enemies on fire, or let the tools mend themselves. you could throw a potion at them that harms them, or drink a sweet, healing nectar for yourself.

hearing the legends of the end, where unknown creatures rest, waiting anyone to find them. there’s tales of wings you can retrieve from there, and you wonder if you had them how easy it would be. ougjhhhh

i just dont get it i feel like im losing my fucking mind actual real human beings are being starved to death and facing a genocide and people are still raving about the met gala and eurovision and useless extravagances of the west the disconnect is sickening i feel like throwing up how many people have to die for the world to fucking care like at all

people did that with Russia’s attack on Ukraine, you know

and before that, when people of Belarus (my country) BEGGED for help against a horrendous, murderous dictatorship in protests of 2020, which was followed by mass arrests and torture, people did that

one thing that continues to amaze me is how alive the minecraft world feels these days

the nether is crawling with life. the oceans are absolutely full. there's creatures in the caves, in the forests, in the deserts. for a world that used to be so barren, there's just life everywhere in this world
