Bisexuality Reality

A woman being in a happy loving relationship with a man does not mean she is straight.

A man being in a happy loving relationship with a woman does not mean he is straight.

Bisexuals are attracted to BOTH men and women. Some bisexuals are equally attracted to men and women. Some bisexuals are 70%- 30% or otherwise unequally attracted to either men or women.

Being in a straight relationship does not mean one has ceased to be bisexual.

Bring in a gay relationship does not mean that one has ceased to be bisexual.

Bisexuals do not automatically cheat on their partners.

For most bisexuals it is literally safer to be in a “straight” relationship. For many people coming out as bisexual is as physically and economically dangerous (loss of job, housing, etc) as coming out as gay even if they are in a straight relationship or single.

Even if you want to date someone (or fantasize about dating someone) why the hell would them being bisexual be a problem? If they aren’t attracted to you it isn’t because they are bisexual.

It is called the LGBTQ community. That B is for bisexual. Don’t claim that you support LGBTQ rights and respect if you dismiss bisexuals. Sadly both “straight” society and the LGBTQ community can be dismissive of bisexuals.
