Hehe it wasn't completely a hallucination-- it wasn't the CGI models (or at least not that I know of), rather it was the RE-Verse models. With the way Chris's pants are made, it makes it look like the outline of his cock, tucked to his left lol.

There are so many intricacies in the timeline since there's lots of flashbacks and points in the game which come before the bulk of the game is set, so this expanded timeline is more specific about exactly which part of what game comes first.
