Lil Kokomi wips for some art shows! Left on is going to @pinkmoonatelier ‘s magical girl and cats show, right one is going in @kawaiikonofficial ‘s charity art auction. I found a slew of #prismacolor markers at my mother’s house and it helped me fill in for some #copicmarkers that I’m missing. 😂 These are done Orion comic deneb paper (my current favorite marker paper!), copics, prismamarkers, posca markers and Higgins colored inks. My custom Candy Kirin vinyls for #DesignerCon ! I made two: a sea dragon and a chocobaby; both will be looking for homes this weekend. Come by @cloverpuffart and I’s booth 2525 to take one home! 🍭 Both are painted with acrylics, but Chocobaby is extra special because additionally, I dyed the vinyl and used watercolor pencil for some of the details. I like how the soft texture of the vinyl is retained with this method. Looking forward to picking up more blank vinyls in the future to try this again! 🍫 Candy Kirin is designed by @cloverpuffart ! Last weekend, big Dawnsing plush had her debut by me and @lilindar at AWA and Youmacon! We’ve been working on her design for so long; we went through multiple manufacturers before we found someone willing to work on her. If you’re wondering about Queenie, she’s still being prototyped for that reason. 🌼 In any case, the love Dawnsing received at both shows was wonderful and made all the hard work worth it! We only had a small amount preshipped to us (only 24!); if you weren’t lucky enough to grab her, we’ll be getting the rest sometime early next year.
