An enemy in the Windows/PlayStation 2 game Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Mission: Las Vegum is a Roman soldier wearing an outfit resembling that worn by Mario in Super Mario Sunshine, using a contraption very similar to the FLUDD to shoot water. The game contained many other unauthorized references to Mario and other Nintendo game series, although this one is the most apparent.
