As someone that was physically abused for a number of years, by the person that I loved; when I heard back in 2016 that Johnny Depp was being accused of domestic abuse, I had a gut feeling that deep down that that man wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Let’s not forget that his previous partners defended him once the accusations were made.

I fully understand supporting the person that comes out with the allegations to begin with.

But let’s take into account that Johnny Depp kept this court case private.

Let the poor man try and reclaim his career. Please.

The lack of notes this has is disturbing.

The reason it has so few notes it because everyone likes it rather than reblogs, most seem afraid to show their opinion, due to fear of a witch hunt for agreeing and siding with a man who was accused with domestic violence.

It shows the impact that accusations and allegations have of people who have been highly respected. Or even everyday people. 

People seem to forget how strong the impact that allegations actually are. False allegations ruin people’s lives and make it much harder for real victims to actually come forward.
