i know i tease it way too often buttttt…. i’m back!!!

i’m happy to announce that i’ve passed all my finals and i’m officially done with school! i’m so relieved to have everything over with and now there’s nothing holding me back from doing what i love. i know it’ll be rough getting back into it since i’ve been gone for a while, but i hope new people come flooding in and old friends come back! i love you all and have loved my journey here, so i am happy i am able to continue.

with that, i wanted to announce that my requests are open. in addition, i wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try to expand my horizons… which is why i am going to try and start writing for new fandoms and characters! of course, this is to be decided by interest, so if i have requests for certain characters i will write them, but if they do not seem to be getting much attention at all, i may pull back and write other things that are popular. this doesn’t mean i will never write for certain characters, but coming from personal experience, it is discouraging to put much work into a piece for barely any outcome. with that bein said, here is my updated list of requests!

Write fanfiction guiltlessly. Do it not only because it’s good practice, not only because you don’t feel like putting your energy into original stuff, but because you do feel like putting your energy into fandom. Write fanfics of epic proportions or tiny one-shots; write fluff or angst or cliches or tropes; publish the roughest version or keep the twelfth draft for only yourself. Do it without feeling bad. You owe no one anything; the act of creation is a gift in and of itself, and it doesn’t matter if you’re creating fanfic or original stories or whatever else you want. All that matters is you enjoy it, because why else would you do it at the end of the day?
