I have been looking for a Sailor Moon fanfic I started, wanted to finish but lost track of. Below is the synopsis that I remember. Any help would be great, I am dying to finish this story...

Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask have an affair without disclosing their true identities. Mamoru leaves to study at Harvard, Usagi steps back as Sailor Moon because she is secretly pregnant. Years later, Mamoru comes back to Tokyo to find Usagi working at the Crown and with a daughter. They hit it off and start to see one another, all without the reveal. I stopped reading at the end of a chapter where they go furniture shopping for Mamorus apartment.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?

whoof I remember this too. and mamoru really likes usagi's daughter, haha. i vaguely remember having been reading it on ffdotnet instead of ao3...

Mondsteinflug - Sailor Moon Fandom History with tinacentury and floraone

In this episode of the Fandom History miniseries we talk about the early years of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Fandom. It’s the nineties, manga and anime become very popular, and the internet is full of fansites. Fair warning: This is a looong episode, we obviously have a lot to say about the very early Sailor Moon days.

And we’re off!  For this Sailor Moon fandom history podcast series, I collected a number of testimonials from fans on Tumblr and some other places. Everyone who participated is listed in this post (thank you so much again!) I used these testimonials to make WordClouds for each historical era of the Sailor Moon fandom I identified. For anyone unfamiliar with WorldClouds, basically, the biggest words are the things that those whom I spoke with mentioned the most. The biggest caveat to keep in mind with these is that they reflect the sample of people I spoke to, so, mostly North American, and mostly Usamamo shippers. 

With that in mind, have fun with this first one: The High Point at the New Millennium (Mid 1990s-Early 2000s).  I hope it takes you on a trip down memory lane; I know it did for me!

dWell this was absolutely DELIGHTFUL. I loved learning about the German dub and the differences between the fandoms in North America and Germany!!! A few things:

> Regarding the DiC dub, I attended a panel at DragonCon a few years ago of a few of the DiC voice actors. When you discussed the devotion and level of talent and skill of the German voice actors, I recalled that the woman who voiced Raye had never done voiceover work before. Ever. Like, she did fine? But it just shows the differences between how serious the productions were. (Also, this is just speculation, but I would hazard a guess that non-English speaking countries probably have a much wider base of experienced voice actors from dubbing American TV and movies.) 

> Also, I LOL’d when everyone groaned at Luna’s old British nanny voice. You want to know something funny? That is her actual voice. She’s not putting on an accent. She 100% sounds like that in person. And, even better, she had originally auditioned for the part of SERENA!!! Can you imagine?! They told her she sounded “too old” but offered her the part of Luna instead. And she legit sounded offended over their feedback, too. (This is info I heard from her own mouth with my own two ears at the aforementioned DragonCon panel.)

> I remember reading that the “Sailor Says” segments were added to pad episodes that had too much content cut. However, sailormoondub.fandom.com says it was to comply with FCC rules regarding educational programming in children’s shows. Their sources, however, don’t actually support this information and I’m also unsure how much the FCC (a US agency) would influence Canadian programming. So... who knows. Could be one, the other, or both!

I know there were more thoughts I had... I should have kept notes lol! Thank you SO MUCH to all of you for all the hard work and research that went into this!

Ok so but ALSO in the 200page script play of a sixth season that my baby self wrote at age 10ish, which had fanart and outfit clippings from magazines and new OC senshi and new attacks and HOUSE LAYOUTS,

Mamoru and Seiya apparently shared a room in that big ass apartment I had all the senshi live in together.

My baby self was onto something here lol.

And look lol Haruka and Michiru were the only couple my baby self allowed to share a room together lolol

Anyway Baby Flora apparently didn’t care for things like, ya know, laundry, or washing machines, or places to eat. Or that one could have more than one bathroom in an apt, even if it was for 14 people. It also has the WEIRDEST shape ever and apparently I ALSO didn’t know at 10 years old that heterosexual couples could room together - that was seemingly only for homosexual ones. (Which, tbf, checks out. When I was 10 my older sister’s girlfriend lived with us, but no man in sight, soooo~)

Anyway. Let them all be roommates, I guess. My baby self would have approved of my evening activities today lol. So yeah, here, have the mismatched-couches mismatched-everything, beds-have-to-be-placed-in-right-angles-against-walls, nobody-needs-to-sleep-alone-in-a-room-but-Setsuna dreams of little Flora Age 10 LOLLL.
