  • I am not a fandom blog, I am a selfship blog. If you have a self ship side blog that’s fine! Let me know! But if you don’t, DO NOT FOLLOW ME and especially don’t reblog my posts

I am 21+ so I am an adult

  • I would prefer for no one under 16 following me because I am in my 20’s and it makes me uncomfortable
  • If you’re a minor and you’re uncomfortable with following me or me following you, it’s totally okay to block me! There’s no hard feelings

I use self shipping to cope but also as fun

  • I tend to make vent posts that sometimes can contain triggering content like self deprecation. If you don’t want to see those posts then block the tag blah blah blah because that’s my vent tag

I am not comfortable sharing any f/os romantically

  • Because I use this cope, I’m uncomfortable sharing any romantic f/os romantically. Imagine taking a bath or shower with your f/o.

Imagine running your soapy hands through their hair, gently massaging the shampoo into their scalp. Hearing your f/o hum or sigh contently, eyes closed and a smile on their face.

And them do the same for you, gently scrubbing the day’s worries from your skin, rubbing away every tension. Just feeling your f/o’s presence right next to you, as well as the droplets rolling down your spines.

Maybe this is a moment where you can finally unwind. Where you can chat and fill each other in on how your days went. Or, maybe you both stay in silence. Both finding it comfortable without the urge to speak.

okay but, maybe you’re f/o isn’t really what people would describe as the “perfect partner” at first. maybe they don’t know how to comfort you or has some disagreements from you that makes things a little strained sometimes.

but the fact that you guys can sit down and talk about it is the good thing. it’s never an issue to sit down and really get into what’s bothering you before it blows out of proportion. they get better. you get better. and things change for the better.

sure they aren’t the perfect partner by society’s standards but you love each other and are working on yourselfs for the better of your relationship ♡
