this anon is being wholly unreasonable. according to them, even if you are learning or are fluent in a second language you aren't allowed to use it unless you're from that culture. what they don't seem to understand is that using English for a majority of things IS BECAUSE it's a common language so it would be easier to communicate to everybody in, BUT that doesn't mean you can't use the other languages you know how to speak. kinda defeats the purpose of fluency...
