:: I’ll do Sam’s exam first so Ben can finish nursing but I agree. These two boys have been through way too much for someone their ages. :: Sam was easy for Ratchet as he finished everything in less then half an hour and then do Ben’s exam once he finished nursing and was burped and cleaned up as he snuggled into Lorena as Ratchet drew some blood samples. “ He’s put on a healthy amount of weight since I saw him last which is great. He needs that extra muscle mass to help with his recovery.” Ratchet said softly as checked the injury on Ben’s arm as he changed the bandages after checking how the stitches were doing.
“Well~… For them sure..if it were me - at least hopefully - it would just be another day,’ she wanted to say but thought against it as it sounded selfish. In a sparkbeat she’d more than happily take most if not all of their - including Optimus’ - burdens. She comforts her youngest when blood was drawn then smiles at the news & gently spoke, ‘That’s wonderful,’ then comforts Ben once more as his arm is looked after. @1w1wbigher06fan
“ I’m taking Ben off of the rooster for the summer for he and Sam can recover and just be kids. I can already tell for Ben we can try more intensive therapy for the nightmares. I have a theory when he’s smaller like this he regress to when he felt his safest before everything happened.” Ratchet explained to Optimus and Lorena’s as Optimus listened with interest and understanding. “ Having him spending time in his various alien forms and really working with what he experiences sensory wise can help him process different aspects of his trauma too. Did he mention anything after being in that form for a while while he was recovering after surgery.”

Was hard to make out what he said.” Ratchet nodded as he finished getting the data and writing down what he needed as his expression softened at the boys. “ It going to take a couple of days for all the primary info to be compiled but I’ll send you a report next week. And over a period of time I want to get blood samples form each of his alien forms so I have a good baseline we can go against in terms of stressors and changes.”
By next week Ben was 98 percent recovered and could start getting back into light training. He wasn’t limping any more which was a relief for Optimus but the kiddo was eager to try out his Predacon form, even if Sam was a little nervous about it from what he had about them.

“ Got it mom,” Ben took a breath as he activated the Omnitrix, selecting the newer form as he took a glance around the room. “ Alright here it goes.” An all too familiar green glow filled the testing space as when the light faded a large Drsgon like Predacon stood in Ben’s place, the beast’s green optics opening for the first time as he unfolded his wings. Shaking himself as he got used to his new form, a low rumbling growl filled the room as Lennox and Epps watched in awe at the new Cybertronian before them. Bumblebee was on edge as he looked over at his lover gauging his reaction and it make sure Mirage didn’t do anything rash.
Said lover was awestruck for a couple moments until whispering, ‘Damn that’s badass!’
In her full Cybertronian height she goes from bipedal to dragon. ‘Ben..sweetheart..how does it feel,’ she asks while looking him over & coming closer. @1w1wbigher06fan

It wouldn’t affect his Cybertronian half but I’m not sure how his human heart would handle the energy.:: Optimus spoke through the bond.

The rest of the afternoon Ben got more confident with his form, carefully taking steps as he didn’t realize how big he was. “ No I get why sure sometimes gets anxious when there’s a lot of humans under foot.” Ben was baffled by how small Epps and Lennox were compared to his current form.
They help & guide him the entire time, ‘Yeah, & even I have to remind myself every once in a while. Ben snorted in amusement as he got used to his new form. It was exciting and a little overwhelming for him to communicate and interact with his family in such a new way. A little while later Ratchet was finishing up giving Ben a health exam. “ Well his spark and human side would be able to handle a spark bond and would actually help to heal the scars that I saw on his spark during the exam.” Ratchet reassured Optimus and Lorena.

After a while they made it back home where Ben learned how to mass shift and he was surprised he could fit in the house while still in his Cybertronian form. Also he was surprised by the new scents he was picking up, what human smelled like and the new things he noticed. :: It’s cute watching Ben being excited at what we can experience.:: Optimus purred softly through their bond.

Ben took a breath as he focused and felt his chest and spark chamber open. Optimus was surprised at seeing how many scars were on his son’s spark. A deep jagged scar ran through the center of his deep green spark and he saw a fresher scar from when Ben was shot. His spark was on the weaker side but Ratchet had explained during the exam that bonding with him would help improve his strength and health.
Lorena was surprised as well & could help but think of Sam & his spark when she bonded with him. ‘Remember, no pulling away & just squeeze when the intensity hits you. 3…2…1,’ they slowly come together until their sparks & chests met. @1w1wbigher06fan
“ Alright” Ben took a breath as he felt his and Lorena’s spark beginning to merge as memories began to flood their minds. Squeezing his mother’s hand he steeled himself as he was brought back to the day when he met Lorena and Optimus. Flashes of him running through the forest, the pain of his injured arm as he looked behind him to see Ravage hit on his tail covered in dried human blood on his maw and legs. Lorena felt the sensation of him transforming into Rath and the alien’s sheer power along with the boy’s rage and fear at the time. Flashes of earlier as Ben hid in the laundry roomed trapped as his parents were killed his father screaming for him to run as Lazerbeak tore through the wall.

:: I’ll do Sam’s exam first so Ben can finish nursing but I agree. These two boys have been through way too much for someone their ages. :: Sam was easy for Ratchet as he finished everything in less then half an hour and then do Ben’s exam once he finished nursing and was burped and cleaned up as he snuggled into Lorena as Ratchet drew some blood samples. “ He’s put on a healthy amount of weight since I saw him last which is great. He needs that extra muscle mass to help with his recovery.” Ratchet said softly as checked the injury on Ben’s arm as he changed the bandages after checking how the stitches were doing.
“Well~… For them sure..if it were me - at least hopefully - it would just be another day,’ she wanted to say but thought against it as it sounded selfish. In a sparkbeat she’d more than happily take most if not all of their - including Optimus’ - burdens. “ I’m taking Ben off of the rooster for the summer for he and Sam can recover and just be kids. I can already tell for Ben we can try more intensive therapy for the nightmares. I have a theory when he’s smaller like this he regress to when he felt his safest before everything happened.” Ratchet explained to Optimus and Lorena’s as Optimus listened with interest and understanding. “ Having him spending time in his various alien forms and really working with what he experiences sensory wise can help him process different aspects of his trauma too. Did he mention anything after being in that form for a while while he was recovering after surgery.”
Thinks back, ‘When he first woke up he was feeling dizzy & tired as well as overwhelmed &…that he wasn’t gonna make it,’ that day flooded back & almost consuming her before shaking her helm, taking a deep vent & reminding her that she’s in the present, ‘Scrap..do you remember anything beloved?’ @1w1wbigher06fan

Was hard to make out what he said.” Ratchet nodded as he finished getting the data and writing down what he needed as his expression softened at the boys. “ It going to take a couple of days for all the primary info to be compiled but I’ll send you a report next week. And over a period of time I want to get blood samples form each of his alien forms so I have a good baseline we can go against in terms of stressors and changes.”
By next week Ben was 98 percent recovered and could start getting back into light training. He wasn’t limping any more which was a relief for Optimus but the kiddo was eager to try out his Predacon form, even if Sam was a little nervous about it from what he had about them.

“ Got it mom,” Ben took a breath as he activated the Omnitrix, selecting the newer form as he took a glance around the room. “ Alright here it goes.” An all too familiar green glow filled the testing space as when the light faded a large Drsgon like Predacon stood in Ben’s place, the beast’s green optics opening for the first time as he unfolded his wings. Shaking himself as he got used to his new form, a low rumbling growl filled the room as Lennox and Epps watched in awe at the new Cybertronian before them. Bumblebee was on edge as he looked over at his lover gauging his reaction and it make sure Mirage didn’t do anything rash.
Said lover was awestruck for a couple moments until whispering, ‘Damn that’s badass!’
In her full Cybertronian height she goes from bipedal to dragon. ‘Ben..sweetheart..how does it feel,’ she asks while looking him over & coming closer. @1w1wbigher06fan

It wouldn’t affect his Cybertronian half but I’m not sure how his human heart would handle the energy.:: Optimus spoke through the bond.

Thinking for a minute Ben focused as then the sound of transformation echoed through the room as the teenager was bipedal. Optimus gently helped catch Ben when he was unsteady for a bit. “ Okay that was cool,” Ben grinned a little as he only came past Lorena’s waist so he was still smaller .

The rest of the afternoon Ben got more confident with his form, carefully taking steps as he didn’t realize how big he was. “ No I get why sure sometimes gets anxious when there’s a lot of humans under foot.” Ben was baffled by how small Epps and Lennox were compared to his current form.
They help & guide him the entire time, ‘Yeah, & even I have to remind myself every once in a while. Especially with new recruits.’ Then a couple moments later she trips over herself but luckily catches herself & laughs, ‘Also shows that I can still be a klutz even when Cybertronian,’ laughs more. @1w1wbigher06fan
Ben snorted in amusement as he got used to his new form. It was exciting and a little overwhelming for him to communicate and interact with his family in such a new way. A little while later Ratchet was finishing up giving Ben a health exam. “ Well his spark and human side would be able to handle a spark bond and would actually help to heal the scars that I saw on his spark during the exam.” Ratchet reassured Optimus and Lorena.

After a while they made it back home where Ben learned how to mass shift and he was surprised he could fit in the house while still in his Cybertronian form. Also he was surprised by the new scents he was picking up, what human smelled like and the new things he noticed. :: It’s cute watching Ben being excited at what we can experience.:: Optimus purred softly through their bond.

condor's new planes are so funny. I have a bunch of folders for every airline I cover and I was going back through my condor one to find pictures for that ask and I'm losing my mind. Every front on photo of a condor plane looks sort of almost annoyed. Just sitting there on the tarmac mad as hell that her airline dressed her in these cringe stripes.
Maybe it's just the way the nose is placed on the 753 but even from an angle like this she looks sort of angry. Oh? You're making me take off again? Every morning I wake up and take off and then fly somewhere else and land and then do it again and the whole time I have these stripes on and I look ridiculous. Also the first officer from the last leg left potato chip crumbs on his seat.
