Okay but I’m just really so proud of Bangtan??

They went from having simple sets and minimal special effects to being able to film 7 individual artistic MVs and an MV with beautiful CGI and high-end sponsored clothing. The cinematography has also improved remarkably. All of the above reflect a higher filming budget from Bangtan’s success.

They’ve also come into their own. All of them, especially Namjoon, Yoongi, Hoseok and Jungkook have grown so much in their road to self-production and song writing. Jimin, who was once hesitant to release a solo cover after the rest of vocal line, released a solo original song for the album with the rest of Bangtan.

From No More Dream to Blood Sweat & Tears… Now, they’ve broken the record for most viewed MV in first day after release in less than 24 hours.

And yet they haven’t forgotten their beginnings. In Begin, Jungkook sings about how he’s grown into himself as a celebrity and as an individual with the companionship and support of his members; celebrating their teamwork and friendship. In First Love, Yoongi remembers his trainee years and his distance and eventual return to his life as a pianist. Hoseok thanks and praises his mother for all of her support that enabled him to become who he is now in Mama.

I’m just so happy and proud to be an ARMY because of them, and so grated that Bighit allows them relatively more freedom in lyrics of their songs. I’m honored that we are shown glimpses of their lives and personalities and thoughts beyond their idol personas, even though they aren’t required to.

Like their lyrics in Interlude Wings, I’m sure Bangtan will continue to soar to greater height in their musicality and idol career. And we’ll be with them every step of the way.
